Dad spent his last 6 weeks at Autumn Vale and we couldn't have been happier with the care he received there. He had a lovely room the staff were all very good to him and he enjoyed the great food! As for the family, we had peace of mind that he was being very well looked after 24 hours a day. I would thoroughly recommend Autumn Vale to anyone needing care.

The team at Autumn Vale are very kind and caring and so very welcoming, to both residents and family. Due to a family member requiring end of life care we were seeking urgent help in securing a comfortable home that could care for him in a nice setting and able to offer a high level of care. The manager and her team have been so very kind to us all and have helped us every step of the way from day one. The home is situated in lovely surroundings and is immaculate offering a lovely choice of foods and activities for residents it is CARE home, highly recommend.

My grandmother has lived at Autumn Vale Care Centre for the last few months. She is very settled and happy. She feels that she is cared for and loved. The staff are very informative and approachable. The staff welcome us very well when we visit.

This care home cares. The nursing team and all the carers were so lovely and so respectful. They made my dad feel so comfortable and treated him with kindness and respect. They always updated me on how he was and what he had eaten. I honestly can't thank you enough.

Our parents spent their last few weeks at Autumn Vale care home. Although it was a sad time for the family, all the staff made us feel at home and we were always confident that Mum and Dad were being well cared for. The staff were exceptional in their care and attention and went out of their way to make Mum and Dad feel comfortable. They took the time to chat and get to know them both (and the family) and genuinely showed great interest in them. Thank you to everyone for their kindness.

As a family, we were pleased with the care that Mum received, although during the Covid times things were understandably very difficult. We always felt Mum was safe and secure at Autumn Vale and the staff often went the extra mile on special occasions. We were always kept informed when Mum's health finally went down at the end of life.

Our family member was bedbound so was unable to experience many of the activities provided at Autumn Vale. She was however kept warm, well fed and all her needs met. She liked the staff, especially her personal needs and we were always made to feel welcome when visiting.

Friendly, attentive care of my bedbound aunt. A happy environment for her with occasional interaction with other care home residents. We were always kept up to date with how she was doing and staff and her primary carer went out of their way to provide enrichment.

My Aunt received very good care from all the staff during her short stay for respite. She gained strength back in her hands and was able to eat unaided using a knife and fork, regained her appetite, and was always dressed in clean clothes with her teeth and hearing aids in. My aunt partly enjoyed the singer and joined in tapping her feet and singing along.

Excellent staff, everybody i.e. residents seem extremely happy. Amazing job, everyone keep the good job going, this is the best set-up I have seen. I wish my dad had the chance to come here. The place is clean and today staff are so friendly and kind towards the residents.

The staff are very friendly, caring, and lovely, especially, 4 in particular, Mum felt safe and cared for, and very happy here and enjoys her meals. Thank you everyone.

In the short time that my husband has been a resident at Autumn Vale Care Centre he has got his smile back which is a joy to see. He is still settling in but already the family atmosphere and kind persistence and patience of the staff have made all the difference to his quality of life. I am at ease now that I know he is being well looked after by professional caring staff. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

The room was lovely and bright, nice and big too. The food was good, the chef was very accommodating if you needed anything extra i.e. gravy. The staff are lovey and very caring. I was very happy with the care my Mother received.

Autumn Vale is the best place you could ever wish your loved one to be, my Mum has recently become a permanent resident in the last 6 weeks. The care, love, empathy, and all-round amazing care for her and other residents are to be commended. Thank you to all the team, you all deserve medals. Many thanks as always.

Lovely care home, when visiting the staff are always welcoming, and friendly and always gives you updates. Never knew how much the cares do for their residents. They put up with a lot and I personally think they should get paid more. Thank you all

The nursing team and all the carers made the last few months of my dad's life extremely comfortable, treating him with the utmost kindness, dignity and respect. My dad was made to feel safe and nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to support him. At all times we as a family were kept up to date with his health and wellbeing. Thank you to each and everyone at Autumn Vale.

She is very well looked after, she enjoys being here. We are happy with the staff and how they tend to her. Everything is well-maintained and clean.

The staff in particular are so lovely, genuine, friendly and naturally caring. The trips out are interesting, fun and very pleasant for the residents. The food is good and there are regular drinks supplied with biscuits etc. A lovely home it really is and there are plenty that aren't.
