The care my dad received was compassionate, respectful and professional at all times. Nurses kept me informed of Dad's progress, the ups and downs, his change of medication etc., as Alzheimer's slowly took him away from us.

My brother is a resident, moving towards final care. The staff have been excellent, being very attentive and caring. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Due to drugs and suchlike, he can be a little difficult and demanding at times, but the staff are taking it all in their stride and remain cheerful and encouraging. Thoroughly recommend Princess Christian Care Centre if one is unfortunate enough to need such care.

I have verbally recommended your care and staff several times during the period my mother has spent with you. The staff really care and I am absolutely sure they are the reason she lived so long. Special thanks to the chef who made her personalised food when she refused standard offerings and to the nurses and carers who knew and understood the person in front of them, my mother.

My Mother spent over two years at the care home before she passed away. She was well looked after, the activity team were wonderful and she enjoyed taking part in different tasks. I take happiness in the fact that she was always positive in her surroundings and always told us the staff are very kind and friendly!

My mum stayed 12 months in the care of the staff at Princess Christian until her passing in June 2024. The staff were always welcoming in the Pirbright Unit, I felt like one of the family. They kept in contact with me when anything needed to be advised like the doctor's visit and changes in medication. The food served in the restaurant was always excellent. I was able to eat with Mum antine for £10, a 2-course lunch.

A very well-managed care home which clearly sets out objectives which everyone understands and acts accordingly. All staff at every level ensure all residents are properly cared for and treated professionally.

My father currently resides at Princess Christian Care Home. Amazing service, attention to detail, kind staff, informative and professional nurses and doctors. Clean and cheerful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

My husband was transferred from the hospital to the home to receive end-of-life care. His treatment was excellent from day one. The staff were caring and lovely whatever time of day. I am so pleased that his death was so peaceful.

When I visited, I found the staff very welcoming and helpful. They are always caring and interacting with the residents who seem very happy. The quality of the food is good. The rooms are kept clean. Overall, in my opinion, the care home is good value for money.

Whenever I visited my father the staff were always very pleased and helpful. My dad seemed happy enough and comfortable.

My father stayed for respite for 5 weeks after being in and out of hospital many times over the last 6 months. The care and attention he received from all staff in the care home was second to none. Excellent care from the nursing team, very friendly and polite. Clothes were regularly washed and the home was fresh and tidy. He is doing so well and much stronger since his stay. He was wheeled in a wheelchair and walked out with the aid of a frame.

All staff were very caring to myself and my mother who is a resident and has dementia when my father, also a resident passed away. They have continued to care for and support Mum at this difficult time.

We visit my brother-in-law regularly and always find him very well cared for and the staff always polite and very friendly. He seems content and much more settled. His clothing is always clean and he looks smart. The building is always tidy and looks well cared for. We are aware that there are various activities that are provided which he enjoys. The staff are always friendly and keep us fully informed of any changes in his condition that they think we should be aware of. We are completely satisfied with the care, consideration and support that he is receiving.

This is an excellent care home. My mother has been there for 2 years and she is mentally and physically better than when she went there. The staff are fantastic and show a lot of care. The management is outstanding and it shows everywhere you look. Visitors are made welcome and relatives and friends can enjoy the company of their loved ones in a presentable and relaxed atmosphere. All occasions are celebrated and this month the care home arranged an excellent Nowruz party celebrating the first day of spring and a new year for many across the globe. A huge thank you to everyone at Princess Christian.

My brother has been extremely well cared for by a fantastic team of staff since 2019. His needs are highly complex so he needs a high level of skilled care to keep him safe and well. The staff demonstrate remarkable skills and dedication every day. They show him respect and protect his dignity always. They are completely non-judgemental despite him sometimes displaying challenging behaviour. They have given me unconditional support at all times which is a great comfort. The management is second to none; teamwork is exceptional throughout the home. I am so grateful to everyone.
