My brother has been in the home only 2weeks and loves it the staff can't do enough for him he is very settled l think the staff are lovely too he doesn't want to go back home, the home is very clean and he is very happy with his room overall we are glad we found this home

My nan has been a resident of Brakenfield Hall since October and I couldn't wish for a better place for her to live, it was such a hard decision to place my nan in residential care but the staff at Brakenfield made the process so much easier. The home itself is clean, well-maintained and smells lovely, the staff are absolutely amazing and treat every resident like family. I truly couldn't wish for a better place. My nan is so happy and has improved so much while being here.

Absolutely brilliant staff, Nan is very settled and enjoys her time there. Very well looked after and a lovely team. My mum's auntie is also a resident and she loves it here. Keep up the amazing work you all do.

My mum has been in Brackenfield Hall going on three months now and she is very happy and content. The home is beautiful and clean, the bedrooms are very spacious with an en-suite bathroom and the staff are very caring, friendly and approachable.

Very friendly staff, my nan is very well looked after. Relatives are made to feel very welcome and any concerns or issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The home is very clean and tidy. I am very happy with how my nan has settled in.

The home is beautiful. I attended the Christmas party on the 10th December and I really enjoyed it. The entertainment was smashing. The staff could not do enough and really got involved. My cousin enjoyed it a lot and her friends did as well. The home is very nice and decorated well and just has a home from home feel. I enjoyed my afternoon in the home with my cousin who lives there.

My mum has been in Brackenfield Hall a little over a year now and couldn't be happier, she is eating well, joins in all the activities, likes going to watch the singers and has her hair done every week in the salon. The home is well decorated, very clean and all the staff are friendly, I'm glad Mum is in a home where she is well looked after but most importantly, very happy.

Mum has been in the home since January 2024 and it did take a while for her and us to settle in but it is like a second home for us now and Mum sees this as her home. The staff are polite and any issues we have are dealt with. The staff are polite and caring and Mum seems very settled now.

I have a friend in Brackenfield Hall, she was very nervous at first but the staff have been amazing, very caring and friendly. My friend seems very happy and content and says the food is lovely. The bedrooms are nice and spacious with their own bathrooms. The home is very clean and smells nice.

I have visited my friend now in Brackenfield Hall for the past year and I have to say this home is amazing. The home is so welcoming and the care staff are above the rest. The home manager cannot do enough for everyone. The activities are brilliant, there was a singer on last week and she was fabulous. My friend just loves it.

Mum had been through a very difficult time recently and it became apparent that she was now in need of 24/7 care. We were very concerned for her well-being but when Mum was accepted as a resident at Brackenfield Hall, our relief was overwhelming. The staff have made Mum so welcome and she now feels safe and comfortable and has improved so much under their care, she is like her old self again. Mum has her own room with en-suite facilities and everything she needs. We can't praise the staff at Brackenfield high enough - they have made life for Mum and her family so much easier.

Mum has been a resident at Brackenfield Hall for several weeks now and she is very happy there. The care provided by the staff is excellent and we, as a family, feel very relieved to know that she is both safe and comfortable. In particular, we would like to thank the staff for making her 95th birthday celebration so special. She is already looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday there!

I looked around for somewhere I thought would suit my mother. I am glad that I chose Brackenfield as it really has everything I was looking for. She has a really nice large room which looks out over the entrance so mum can 'neb' at all the comings and goings whilst in her room. The staff are really attentive and regularly make drinks and nibbles available. Today they organised a game of skittles in the lounge using empty plastic bottles. My mother had a go and knocked them all down. She looked very pleased with herself. The staff keep the place meticulously clean on a regular basis obliterating any nasty smells that some homes have. Every week they have singers and other entertainment with occasional tea parties and fetes. My mother was very frail when she moved in almost six months ago but she has improved no end under their care. Well done each and every one of you.

Brackenfield Hall has been a blessing for my very elderly mother-in-law. Before being admitted she was deteriorating rapidly but since being a resident she has responded well and is as contented as I have seen her in a long time. I put this down to the staff who provide varying degrees of activities and entertainment to keep her mind active. She has a large room with en suite toilet facilities with plenty of space for her clothes and belongings. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and do their utmost to solve any problems that may arise. The whole building is always spotlessly clean and does not have any unsavoury odours that you sometimes associate with care homes. There is a regular programme of events such as entertainers, coffee mornings, fayres, fetes and raffles plus indoor activities organised by the staff themselves. Today the weather allowed us to sit outside in the landscaped gardens and if this continues we plan to take her on an outing of her choosing.

Although I was apprehensive about placing my mother-in-law in a home, Brackenfield Hall is proving to be a great choice. The staff show they really care for their residents and the weekly activities, along with the visit from the hairdresser have really helped her to settle in quickly.

From our very first visit to look around Brackenfield, we were impressed by both the kindness of the staff and the home in general. My mum was made to feel most welcome and in such a short time has settled in nicely. The positive attitude of the staff, weekly activities, and facilities in general have enabled my Mum to feel comfortable.

Mom needed to move at quite short notice. Brackenfield Hall helped make the move quick and it went without any issues. Staff and residents were supportive helping Mom to settle. Staff are friendly and regularly check on her if she is on her own. The food is of a high standard and residents are encouraged to join in activities. Mom settled in after a couple of weeks and it is nice to see her with a smile on her face.
