When Mum went into the care home, doctors gave her 3 months to live, 17 months later she is still with us.

My sister has been in the care home for nearly two years. In that time, she has been looked after giving her a clean and caring place to live. She get a lot of support from all the staff that are caring for her.

Our son has settled in very well and is happy in his new environment, mainly due to friendly and helpful staff. Activities are not always of interest. Perhaps computer based sessions could be considered. Activities sometimes need to be stimulating for residents who are mentally aware.

This care home feels like a cut above the rest. The home is clean, smells nice, has tea and coffee available to visitors and most of all has warm, friendly, upbeat staff who seem to genuinely care about the residents.

I attended the Lunar New Year celebration at the care home while visiting my friend. The care home was brimming with festive atmosphere, featuring performances by local artists, a face-painting stall, and a Chinese dumpling-making demonstration with tasting. The entire home resonated with music, laughter, and joy. It was heartwarming to see everyone - residents, visitors, and staff alike - thoroughly enjoying themselves. The Mayor of Cambridge graced the event with his presence and delivered a wonderful speech. A particularly touching moment occurred when he placed his chain of office on a resident, which was met with enthusiastic applause. I was deeply impressed by the attentive and professional staff. What a vibrant care home this is! I would wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone.

My experience has been excellent. The carers are wonderful. Care very much about the welfare of the clients. I feel very fortunate to have been here!

Your wonderful experience and staff have made an enormous difference to my life at a time when I was feeling particularly low. All your staff are always so pleasant and supportive and I shall very much miss both the staff and the other residents. It is time I went home and tried to pick up any former life again but I shall always remember Cambridge Manor with gratitude and I certainly hope you will be able to reset other lost souls when they are particularly low.

Dad moved in a month ago and we have been very impressed with Cambridge Manor. He is receiving excellent care and we are all enjoying the activities that are available for residents and families. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a care home for a loved one.

I can thoroughly recommend this purpose built care home. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. I am happy that my husband is being looked after so well.

It is the best one in Cambridge. Clean, friendly, active, fine foods, and keeping residents respected, also with good relationships with their family members. Also the care-home always invite different music groups and sports groups to entertain the residents. If I can afford, I might like to enter it when I go over 90!

I live in the South of France and rely on my nephew and his wife, who make daily visits, to report on my mother's condition. In November, we visited Cambridge Manor Care Home and enjoyed having a pleasant lunch there with her. The waitress service was attentive and staff were familiar with her needs and looked after her well. Her room was pleasant and we were pleased that every other resident we saw was relaxed and happy. All the staff encountered were warm and smiling which is a comfort when we live at such a distance.

Dear Cambridge Manor Care Home team, it was a wonderful party for my mum last week. I could not have imagined that we could have such a big birthday party for my mum after she moved to the Care Home. My mum was really happy and engaged most part of the party. She even recognized quite a few old friends. This has a big benefit for her memory refreshing. Many thanks to all staff for the support and help from the planning, preparation and throughout the whole party event. Your homemade birthday cake was fabulous! The traditional India dance was amazing. Our friends enjoyed the party and the clean environment of the Manor provides. It was a wonderful time for all of us. Please pass our gratitude to your staff for their heartwarming support!

We cant recommend this care home highly enough. As family, we are always welcomed by friendly, informed and caring staff - from management, to receptionist, nurses, carers and cleaners. We come to visit mum everyday and the wards and rooms are always spotless. Nutritious food is offered 3 times a day and it is very fresh; we see the fresh fruit and vegetables being delivered and we sometimes chat with the chef. Mum cannot get out of bed but she has been given the best quality care we could have hoped for over the past year. We are so pleased that she is at this fabulous nursing home.

It's very impressive regarding the care and support of all staff to the elderly. Feel the warmth and love, respect and caring. The birthday party was in good arrangements and the dance was fabulous. The environment is very comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is excellent. Everything is well set up for the safety and security of the seniors. The overall experience was awesome.
