As the niece of my uncle I am consistently pleased when I visit him. You can go in anytime, staff are always welcoming and friendly, they really know and care for my uncle. He is happy and relaxed, the day room is always calm with many clients regularly choosing to be there. My uncle is settled and content, he is well cared for and his room is always very clean and tidy and lovely and warm. Thank you to the lovely staff for all your care.

Mum has been a resident of The Springs for over 12 months now. From day one we have all been made very welcome, it has become a second home to us where we can relax with Mum and have a giggle. Mum has access to a lovely garden with many of her favourite plants just outside her door. We are allowed to take in our dogs, which she and other residents also enjoy. The staff are friendly, kind and caring and when Mum is having a bad day they know how to cheer her up. When we are finding it upsetting with Mum having dementia and all that it brings, they are always there to support us too. Thank you all so much.

My mum has been at The Springs for just over a month now and has moved from respite to permanent. As a family, we visited quite a few homes but The Springs suited us all especially Mum best. The home is well presented, clean and tidy, rooms are ensuite and plenty big enough. The lounge and dining room are large and separate from each other. Nice garden which we all sat in. The staff are all very pleasant, Mum can generally understand and talk to them all. The food is very good and Mum has tried things she would have not done at home. Just looking forward to Mum meeting a couple of other residents who she can chat to and get involved in the activities together. The home when visiting across as being well managed and friendly and relaxed. Very good.

Our dear Mum has just lost her long battle with Dementia having been a resident at The Springs for the last 8 months. The staff there have been so very kind, genuinely compassionate, caring, supportive and respectful, not only to Mum but also to members of our family. They took the time to get to know Mum and adapt her care to meet her individual needs. It was a great comfort to us knowing that she was in safe, professional and loving hands. I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Springs.

Mum moved in about 4 weeks ago and settled in very quickly. She has a nice room overlooking the garden. The home is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Mum is a little funny about the food, but the staff have been very accommodating, arranging for her to have something she likes. The staff are all very kind and can't do enough to help. They treat Mum as an individual and cater for her needs. The management are very approachable with an open door policy. All in all my brothers and I are very happy with the way everything is going.

My brother is in your care home end of life (bowel cancer). He is well cared for, his dignity and comfort are well taken care of. I am very pleased with his care.

My wife has been in The Springs for approximately 18 months. Unfortunately her legs do not work and she is in bed. Her personal care is excellent, kindly staff and she gets regular attention and is always kept nice and clean. Room is very bright and airy and is well-serviced.

This care home is very good for my dad, they cater for all his needs and look after him very well. If there is a problem they will phone me or let me know when I come in.

My mother-in-law has been a permanent resident of The Springs for six months, since January 2024. She had a stroke in November 2023 and was unable to care for herself any longer. I have to admit we partly chose the springs because of where it is situated as we live close by but we also chose it due to reviews I'd read on various websites and they mostly seemed very positive. I have to say that so far we have absolutely no complaints. The care she receives from both carers and nurses alike has been excellent and they care for her as well as we, her family would. She has been quite poorly on several occasions since she has been a resident and the correct steps have been taken straight away, a doctor or indeed medics have been called and the matter has been sorted out very quickly. All the staff are friendly and courteous towards us too which is so nice and if you have any worries they're quick to put your mind at rest. Also, she's very happy there and that's all that matters.

My husband originally went to The Springs for respite care in October 2023 and stayed on as a permanent resident when it was realized I could not look after him at home due to my own health issues. We thought he would not settle easily into his new surroundings but the staff were so understanding, and thoughtful treating him with kindness and dignity, nothing was too much trouble for them. I have been kept informed if any issues with his care have arisen and feel they are looking after me too. I can visit at any time and am greeted as a welcome member of The Springs family. All my family would like to say a big thank you to everyone concerned in his care and also how pleased we are that he can appreciate the garden, weather permitting. There have been no complaints about the food which is excellent, varied, and of a high quality.

After years of being independent, we felt it was time for mum to go into care. We chose The Springs and have found it very welcoming and the care is second to none. Mum has settled well and says it is warm and comfortable the food is very good. We are grateful that she is happy and feel sure that she will have the best care whatever her circumstances. Our thanks to the staff for looking after her.

My mother has been a resident in this nursing home for over one year. My father and I visited several nursing homes in the area and chose The Springs Care Home because of its homely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The manager and staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It’s sad when you have to place your loved one in a home but here they make you feel happy and confident they are in good hands and cared for.

My husband has been a resident at The Springs for several months. He is very happy and settled here. All the staff are wonderful and look after the residents with care, compassion and dignity. The staff also treat relatives as part of the family and are always happy to answer any questions and update relatives if there are any changes or problems. I cannot praise this care home enough and I'm happy that my husband is being cared for so well.

My mother has been a resident at The Springs Care Home for several months; it's a fantastic home with amazing staff. Mom is so happy here. I would like to say a special thank you to two particular members of staff, as they make visiting a lot easier and fun with everything they do for all the residents and make all visitors welcome. Would like to end this by saying thank you to all the staff and to the group.

Thank you to the staff of The Springs for helping my mum to settle in fairly quickly. She has now been there for several weeks and is getting used to the routine. We have been able to arrange her room the way she likes.

First visit to see my aunt since she arrived a month ago and it exceeded expectations. She has a nice room opening onto a small garden area. All the staff are lovely and she feels very well looked after. Thank you so much.

I know as soon as I came to see The Springs it was the place for my husband. The reception area was very pleasant and all the staff were very welcoming. We were allowed a room with a view of the Malvern Hills, which we thought was lovely. The staff soon helped him to settle in and made him feel at home and they have cared for him very well ever since.

Since my sister came to stay at The Springs, my mind is so content. I know the standard of care and respect is amazing and she is always clean and happy when I visit. The staff are always ready to help and to answer any questions I might have concerns with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, which is very rare these days in a lot of care homes. Thanks to the staff, I can sleep at night knowing my sister is well cared for and safe. Thank you all.

My mum has been at The Springs Care Home since January 11th 2023. The care she has received since this date I can only describe as outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble. When I leave after my daily visit, as heartbroken as I am because of Mum's vascular dementia, the peace of mind I have knowing she is receiving such fantastic care is priceless.

Mum has been a resident of The Springs for over 12 months now. From day one we have all been made very welcome, it has become a second home to us where we can relax with Mum and have a giggle. My mum has been at The Springs for just over a month now and has moved from respite to permanent. As a family, we visited quite a few homes but The Springs suited us all especially Mum best. The home is well presented, clean and tidy, rooms are ensuite and plenty big enough. The lounge and dining room are large and separate from each other. Nice garden which we all sat in. Our dear Mum has just lost her long battle with Dementia having been a resident at The Springs for the last 8 months. My mother-in-law has been a permanent resident of The Springs for six months, since January 2024. She had a stroke in November 2023 and was unable to care for herself any longer. I have to admit we partly chose the springs because of where it is situated as we live close by but we also chose it due to reviews I'd read on various websites and they mostly seemed very positive. I have to say that so far we have absolutely no complaints. The care she receives from both carers and nurses alike has been excellent and they care for her as well as we, her family would. She has been quite poorly on several occasions since she has been a resident and the correct steps have been taken straight away, a doctor or indeed medics have been called and the matter has been sorted out very quickly. All the staff are friendly and courteous towards us too which is so nice and if you have any worries they're quick to put your mind at rest. Also, she's very happy there and that's all that matters.

All my family would like to say a big thank you to everyone concerned in his care and also how pleased we are that he can appreciate the garden, weather permitting. There have been no complaints about the food which is excellent, varied, and of a high quality.

After years of being independent, we felt it was time for mum to go into care. We chose The Springs and have found it very welcoming and the care is second to none. Mum has settled well and says it is warm and comfortable the food is very good. We are grateful that she is happy and feel sure that she will have the best care whatever her circumstances. My mother has been a resident in this nursing home for over one year. My father and I visited several nursing homes in the area and chose The Springs Care Home because of its homely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The manager and staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It’s sad when you have to place your loved one in a home but here they make you feel happy and confident they are in good hands and cared for.

My mother has been a resident at The Springs Care Home for several months; it's a fantastic home with amazing staff. Mom is so happy here. I know as soon as I came to see The Springs it was the place for my husband. The reception area was very pleasant and all the staff were very welcoming. We were allowed a room with a view of the Malvern Hills, which we thought was lovely. The staff soon helped him to settle in and made him feel at home and they have cared for him very well ever since.

My mum has been at The Springs Care Home since January 11th 2023. The care she has received since this date I can only describe as outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble. When I leave after my daily visit, as heartbroken as I am because of Mum's vascular dementia, the peace of mind I have knowing she is receiving such fantastic care is priceless.
