View Full Details of East Park Court Residential Care HomeThe staff are the most caring and compassionate people that are in the caring profession. In my time of desperation in need for a respite place they bent over backwards to help me. The district nurse in Walsall, Wolverhampton, GP etc were brilliant. I hope and pray that when I need respite again there will be a place for my husband.
The home has an excellent great friendly caring staff, food is lovely all residents are very well cared for all their needs are met individually. The home is professionally run by management, are very compassionate and helpful. Recommend East Park court 100%
My mother-in-law is very happy at East Park Court the care she receives is excellent we couldn't wish for a better care home the staff are caring considerate friendly and helpful. The managers run a well organised home. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone, it is fabulous.
East Park Court is a friendly, clean, well-run care home. Due to my father's health means that someday he will require a little more attention and assistance. All the management team, day, and night carers go above and beyond to help him. All the residents are happy and enjoy their daily activities. I and my family wish to give our special thanks to the staff for their patience, dignity and kindness shown to our father during the 2 weeks due to his health. Thank you all at East Park Court.
Myself and my sister are very happy with how my auntie is looked after at the East Park Court Care Home. Staff are always friendly and helpful and always keep us well informed about our auntie.
The staff at East Park are very caring, friendly and professional. All the residents get the best care and everyone goes above and beyond for them. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to listen to you. I have already recommended East Park and will continue to do so.
Dad is at East Park Court, staff are amazing and nothing too big or small. They all go above and beyond, team leaders will inform me of any changes immediately and keep me informed of Dad's progress. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at East Park Court for their help day in and day out caring, supportive, encouraging, and amazing interaction with activities from staff and new activities staff members. My dad feels so at home and I have all the staff to thank for this amazing opportunity, many thanks.
I would like to thank very much all the staff in all areas at East Park Court Care Home. My dad came straight from hospital for temporary care over a month ago now. The care, thoughtfulness, and support for all my dad's needs has been fantastic. They treat him like family. My dad and myself are always treated with kindness and nothing is too much trouble, with staff going out of their way to help with anything. I am truly, sincerely grateful for such a pleasant home and the wonderful staff, whom I feel are now our friends.
My dad has settled in really well. His room is basic but very light and airy. He has his own bathroom and is cleaned often. Staff from management down through to the cleaners are all very friendly and very helpful.
My father has been a resident here for a few months now. Staff are amazing from carers to management, always there to listen and help. He is very well looked after, has settled very well and all his care needs are met.
My uncle is a permanent resident at East Park Court, I always find him very happy, clean and comfortable. Staff and management are very approachable and pleasant nothing ever seems too much for them very caring thank you all.
The care home has a very nice atmosphere and it's a very clean and well-kept care home. Friendly and informative staff. More like a hotel atmosphere than a care home as they keep it to such a high standard.
On the whole, quite happy. Some staff are more patient/caring than others. Food is okay, not many evening options. Mainly sandwiches. Cleanliness sometimes lacking but not overly concerned. Repairs seem to take forever. But, generally can't really complain to much and think the majority do their best.
My dad has been there a few months now and they are absolutely amazing all his needs are met and he's treated very well. From care staff to management always there to listen and help wherever they can. Knowing my dad is looked after there so well and he's settled in.
I wanted to share my experience of East Park Court care home because my father (never really known for his praise of others) told me last week just how well he is being cared for. His actual words were, "I couldn't possibly be looked after any better, anywhere else". Fine praise indeed after almost 2 years at the home. Certainly, my experience echoes his words. Whenever staff have come into the room while I'm visiting, it's been clear that nothing is too much trouble for them. They genuinely do care about the residents. Dad loves the food and the only complaint I've ever heard from him in that respect was he'd eaten too much for breakfast and couldn't manage all his lunch. Finally, I must just say what a super job has been done on bringing him out of his shell. He's been engaging in various activities in the home - even judging in a contest. It was almost unbelievable to those of us who've known him for years. Great job - well done to the manager and the team. I can't thank you enough!
When my husband was there for respite, I was assured all my husband's needs would be met. Unfortunately, he is a smoker. I was assured that wasn't a problem but turns out it was a problem. He was on the first floor, very unsteady on his feet, and needed to be escorted to the smoke area in a wheelchair. He tells me he would go down the corridor to ask to go for a cigarette to be told they would take him in 5 minutes but they would forget. I understand from my husband he only got to go for cigarettes when a member of the family went after work. He had one shower in 2 weeks and that was because he showered himself as no one assisted him or asked him. Maybe respites are treated differently.
My Mum has been resident in East Park Court Residential Care Home for three months, in that time I have seen a distinct improvement in her overall wellbeing. Without exception, the staff are fantastic and interact constantly with my Mum. She takes part in several activities including cooking, bingo, visiting singers, one on one reminiscing sessions with old songs from the War era, which Mum remembers with clarity. On each visit she always tells me how ‘lovely’ everybody is at East Park Court and nothing is to much trouble for them and how she is helped with anything she wants. The most important thing for our family is that we know with confidence that she is safe and well looked after in a modern well-equipped setting, complete with personal bedrooms and en-suite facilities. The food is also exceptionally good and plentiful and most important of all to Mum plenty of cups of tea! Thank you all for looking after Mum, it is truly appreciated by us all.
Thank you for looking after my Mom for all the staff who are very kind & caring, I Thank you all for the kindness you have given her, & made her very welcome. When Mom was taken home after 2 weeks stay, Mom asked to go back to the home as soon as Mom got in her door (that says it all)
My uncle was a resident at East Park Court for several years, and I was always impressed with the quality of care provided by staff. I do not live near the facility, so I was not able to visit as regularly as I would have liked. However, the staff were always accommodating when I called to speak with my uncle, and they kept me apprised as to his health and well being. I felt they knew and cared for him, and I was reassured, from a distance, that the staff had his best interest at heart. The facility was clean, and the meals were nourishing. A memorable highlight was having Christmas lunch with my uncle, East Park residents and staff. It was a lovely meal and a warm, happy event; it was evident that the staff care a great deal for the residents. It is a welcoming, professionally run facility.
We were extremely nervous about using respite care for the first time for our mother, however, East Park Court staff could not have made it easier, and were so welcoming to her and us as carers. Throughout her stay, she was well looked after and met with a smile. The environment was clean, bright and smelt fresh. Her medication was given correctly. She ate better than at home due to regular mealtimes and a well-cooked meal at lunchtime. She enjoyed a bit of pampering with a weekly hairdresser appointment and was given a chance to participate in activities like knitting etc when she normally only watches TV for company. Most of all though, she was 'cared' for with my mother commenting that 'nothing was too much trouble, which I think is the best endorsement. I am looking forward to her returning to East Park Court for respite with the knowledge that she will be well looked after.
