I have never been to a care home that smells as clean as Berkeley Court. The place and the staff are magnificent!

The staff at Berkeley Court are like family, from the carers who care for my grandmother to the staff in the office and on reception. The care, support and love they have for my gran gives me the peace of my mind that she is safe and well looked after. On celebrating her 100th birthday, they made her a cake, sent flowers and made her feel like a queen. I highly recommend Berkeley Court as nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone is friendly. Huge thanks to everyone.

Dad has lived in Berkeley Court for over 2 years and has always been very happy. He enjoys his meals and entertainment. It is reassuring to know he is being well cared for.

Father in law has been here 2 years now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for the residents. Clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Amazing, friendly staff, always helpful and lots of fun events for our gran to network and socialise. Pet friendly, so always can bring our fur baby. All round amazing care home, couldn't ask for a better place for our nan to live and know she is getting the best care. Very clean and safe.

Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond. Mum couldn't be in better hands. We have got to know the staff well who do a good job. We as a family feel at ease that mum is at Berkeley Court. We are kept informed of any instances that happen. There is a nice family atmosphere.

Mum has been here just over a month. Very nice home warm and welcoming. Mum has a nice room. The staff are all very nice. Mum is loving it. It's like she has had a new lease of life. Mum enjoys the activities that the home puts on.

Family travelled from Redcar, pleasantly surprised at the welcome they received. All staff members were very obliging. A lovely buffet meal was provided.

I cannot praise enough our experience with the staff and management of Berkeley Court. From the initial contact to the placement of my father during this quite stressful time, every aspect was considered with dignity, respect and thoughtfulness. Any questions and concerns were answered and our minds were placed at ease. I would highly recommend Berkeley to anyone in the situation we were in. Thank you for your care.

Admission to the care home was smooth and efficient. The staff listened to any concerns we have and communication regarding family was informative and put our minds at rest. We felt comfortable that care and safety was paramount. Both in-laws are now resident and have settled nicely. My mum was also a resident a few years ago and she was happy and settled which made the decision to place my in-laws with Berkeley Court easy.

I was welcomed into the building and shown how to sign in. The person being visited was comfortable and spoke very highly of all the staff and management. What refreshments I've seen have been very good and suited to the resident. Extra chairs were produced as needed. Additional equipment has been brought for the resident to suit their needs. Car parking is excellent.

Could not thank the staff here enough when I was stressed with my father-in-law, they looked after him and myself and they calm him down and gave lots of reassurance to us and made us feel welcome. This care home is very warm and welcoming.

The care home and the staff are absolutely amazing. The care and sincerity of the staff is second to none. The value and security I feel seeing the same, reliable faces year after year speaks volumes. Well done to every single person involved at Berkeley Court and thank you.

Berkeley Court has provided my nana with amazing care over the years. The staff are caring and genuine. Smiling faces and always there to help with any information needed. Big thank you to you all.

My dad has been a resident at Berkeley Court for three years. He is more than capable of airing his views and not once has he ever said anything critical about the home. I believe that tells you all you need to know. I, myself, am very happy with the home, I trust them implicitly to care for my dad. So much so, I went away for two months knowing he was in very good hands. I cannot recommend this home enough. If I had one concern it would be the grounds, they do not showcase what is inside the building.

Mum has now been in Berkeley since Oct 2023. I am very pleased with how well-settled she is. On occasions, she has periods of confusion, but the staff deal with these so sensitively that she is soon settled again. I feel she is well cared for and I am always kept informed if there any any concerns. She seems to enjoy the activities that are organised.
