I am so pleased that my Mum was able to come to live at the Hempstalls. It is a lovely home with fantastic staff that enable Mum to live her best life. The activities are varied, imaginative and inclusive. The one to one sessions are a great idea. The food is superb and varied and Mum's health is vastly improved. Lovely, friendly calm atmosphere. Her medical needs are promptly met. Housekeeping is spot on and everyone works as a team.

My grandmother has only been in Hempstalls Hall Care Home for a few months but she has been very settled. Always looks cared for and the staff have always been attentive to her needs. The home has a lovely warm family feeling and as a family, we do not worry about her as we know she is in safe hands at Hempstalls Hall. Thanks to the staff for all they do.

Excellent in every way. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Comfortable, warm and clean rooms. The food is of a high standard. My dad is getting the best possible care and the staff go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome.

Mum's been here two and a half years we'll stop happy and settled. She appears to get on with all the staff and have a laugh. Staff very welcoming to myself and sister. This is a care home I would like when/if the need arises. Personally, I find the rooms a little on the small side and limited cupboard and wardrobe space but excellent care, and cleanliness, 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Very pleased to have found a caring, friendly home with lots of activities and a safe environment. Would definitely recommend Hempstalls Hall to anyone looking for residential care.

The resident is very happy there everytime we visit the staff are very caring and very helpful. My aunty has vascular dementia but we can see she is happy in herself and we know she is looked after extremely well.

What a wonderful place. They have looked after Dad as well as me. Nothing is too much hard work. The amount of activities that are put on for residents is wonderful. Photos of activities are put on social media and this gives me great reassurance, knowing that my dad is being looked after well. The food is amazing, all home-cooked and nutritious.

My mother has been a resident at Hempstalls Hall Care Home for just over 4 years. The care she has received and is still receiving is of the highest quality. The staff are kind, friendly and efficient. We have never had any concerns regarding Mum's care and she is very happy living at Hempstalls Hall.

My dad came to Hempstalls Hall Care Home due to his deteriorating Alzheimer's condition. The staff have always been brilliant with him, showing care, compassion and enjoying his sense of humour. It's been a big change for him but the staff have cared for Dad as though he was their grandad. After a couple of confused weeks, Dad has really settled at Hempstalls. There is a real family feel, led by the manager, who always says hello and chats. The activities include indoor and outdoor, including the pub which he loves. Sharing on the Facebook page keeps family members up-to-date and reassured. The care team kept me informed on his wellbeing and Dad now refers to Hempstalls as home. I'm so glad we found Hempstalls Hall for Dad - he is much better for it.

A wonderful, warm welcome greeted our young at heart, nearly ninety-three-year-old mum recently. Hempstalls Hall Care Home gives us peace of mind knowing Mum is in a safe, comfortable and caring environment. The management and staff genuinely are a happy team of dedicated professionals. Mum is happily settled and maintains a level of independence with staff on hand to assist her everyday needs. Quality care and quality food. 'There is no place like home', however, circumstances change and Hempstalls Hall Care Home is now Mum's new happy home.

Welcome friendly staff, modern home with good comfortable rooms all being ensuite with shower. Good well-kept gardens, good food with wide choice for breakfast, three-course lunches, with light evening meals.

Since being at Hempstalls Hall is clear that Mum is settled and considers it her home. This is no doubt due to the excellent care she receives from dedicated staff, who, from the outset, have gone out of their way to accommodate Mum's needs. I am settled in the knowledge that her safety is paramount to the staff, which is demonstrated by contact with myself whenever anything occurs outside the usual. I am pleased with how the staff have been entirely open and honest with me over aspects of care from Mum. The premises are spotlessly clean, and I am impressed with the facilities available to Mum, including meals choice and ample refreshments available throughout the day. One area I will highlight is the daily activities put on by the home and how they ensure Mum is actively engaged. Overall, I feel that staff ensure that the care they provide is centred around Mum and her needs, and I am also regularly touched by how they allow my 92-year-old dad to visit daily and ensure that he remains an active part of Mum's life. Thank you.

Mum never wanted to go into a care home and did take a few weeks to settle. Now she loves it. She is far fitter, happier and is enjoying life more than when she was at home. She is happy with the activities that keep her mind busy and active. She has her own facilities and, even though a fussy eater, says she enjoys all the food.

My mother-in-law has been living in Hempstalls Hall Care Home for approximately fifteen months. After a little anxiety about coming here, she settled quickly and decided to stay permanently. The care and attention from all the staff she receives is fantastic and could not be any better.

Mum was initially reluctant to commit to full-time residency, however, after a period of respite she happily overcame her initial reticence. Mum has now been here for just over two months, she is happy, feels safe and secure and is putting on weight and her mental health is markedly better.

The decision to look at residential care for Mum was a very difficult one. However, after finding Hempstalls Hall Care Home my mind was quickly put at ease. Hempstalls Hall Care Home is a real home-from-home, the staff and care given are excellent. There are plenty of activities provided and trips out, including a trip to the theatre. The care received by mum is second to none at Hempstalls Hall Care Home.

We cannot fault Hempstalls Hall Care Home. My mum came in a year ago and has settled so well. She loves all her girls as she calls them and says the food is like a 5 star hotel. The lady on reception is amazing and any query is dealt with efficiently in the office. I have already recommended Hempstalls Hall Care Home to a friend who needs care for their Mum and Dad. Amazingly well run place.
