Whilst my mother was being cared for by the team at Sutton Court Care Centre, we had a transparent and open dialog throughout. Clear communication regarding end of life care plan and always providing updates about change in care needs.

Overall mum was well cared for. Most staff treated her with care and respect. Communication was at times unsatisfactory. Many of the features of the care home detailed on our first visit did not materialise. The quality of food provided was poor and this was raised with staff. Support at the end of life was good and those staff who supported mum at this time were really invested in providing good quality care and dignity.

I have found all of the staff to be excellent. They do care about the residents and this shows. My aunt is more responsive now than 18 months ago when she lived alone. I would highly recommend this home for dementia care.

My partner was in Sutton Court Care Centre and it was outstanding and it was the best place, the care, the food, the management the staff, the cleanliness the activities, the parties and barbecues etc are amazing. I would certainly recommend this care home to anyone, even when it was my partners funeral quite a few of the lovely carers and management came out in the cold to wave as the coffin went past. I think these people deserve medals for all the care for the elderly. It was just a fantastic home and my partner loved it and the staff. Well done Sutton Court all of you.

My brother was in Sutton Court, from July 2023 until his sad death in December 2024, was on a self-funding basis. Overall the level of care he received was good with the staff very caring with one male carer standing out who had formed a close bond with my brother. He was very respectful, patient and considerate especially in his final days. As is the case in this sector, staff are under an enormous work and time pressures so there were times he felt that he did have to wait longer than he would of liked to receive help etc. when he rang his call bell. He was not impressed with the quality of the food and at times the temperature of it. I believe that he felt with the the very high cost of his fees that he should be receiving absolute top notch service. His room was a reasonable size with average quality fixtures and fittings. I believe there were quite a few activities arranged for residents but unfortunately due to his disabilities wasn't able to participate. Manager was very professional and caring.

I wish my sister had been in your care for longer. For the little time she's been here it's been exceptional. Thank you for your understanding and thoughtfulness. It's been a very harrowing time for myself. Thank you to all the staff, especially two in particular.

My mum was transferred to Sutton Court Care Centre directly from the hospital for end-of-life care. All members of staff were caring, friendly and respectful, not only to my mother but also to my 90-year-old father who visited Mum regularly until her recent death. A special thanks goes to the manager who was always compassionate yet professional and leads by example. Thank you.

We have just said goodbye to our lovely mum. She was 95. Without the care and kindness at Sutton Court, she would not have lived to this great age. She moved to the care home in 2019 as her dementia was causing her to be unsafe in her own home. The care given to Mum was kind and special and she was always clean and tidy. She was always happy and we had some lovely get-togethers there. Thank you to Sutton Court for everything.

I cannot praise this care home enough. The love and care the staff and carers gave our mum has been wonderful right up to her passing.

The atmosphere was extremely pleasant. The staff were very helpful, attentive and caring. All my needs were met. I'm going to miss this place and all the friendly staff. Thank you.

My father stayed here for nearly one year. He was very well looked after. All the staff go beyond just being staff. They are friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The entire team at Sutton Court were always caring and compassionate. They completely met the needs of my mother with dignity and understanding. The home was spotlessly clean and safe. All members of staff were respectful and professional at all times. We couldn't have wished for better care for Mum.

Everyone involved was full of compassion, understanding and so very kind. The premises were spotlessly clean and the rooms ideal. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Sutton Court Care Home was a safe haven for my brother who needed temporary care whilst awaiting extra care housing. This was a difficult time for my brother for many reasons and I have nothing but praise for the way the staff and manager treated him throughout a longer than planned stay with them. They literally saved his life in my opinion and advocated for his best outcomes. The care and empathy shown towards him was appreciated and will not be forgotten.

The staff were always kind, caring and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and the surroundings were very pleasant. Any queries were sorted out promptly. My family is very grateful to SCC for the first-class care they provided for my beloved mum.

Excellent service. I was so looked after in all aspects. At first, I was a bit scared, due to the pain in my leg and thought where am I? I started to feel safe and even remembered staff names! To keep things even, I have to say sometimes the food was lacking. Christmas food was awful and anything to do with pork was really terribly processed. Christmas was good! Just the food.

The staff at Sutton Court Care Centre have been sensational! The care that was given to my nan at her end of life was everything we could have hoped for. Every single member of staff was kind, caring and considerate, not only to my nan but to us the family. I will forever be grateful for my nan's care home for their love and attention (and coffee!) to my nan and us family in the most difficult time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all that was done for my nan.
