This is a lovely care home and all the staff are very caring and friendly. There are many activities held here, supporting all faiths. The senior staff are very approachable and listen carefully to any concerns or issues raised. I am so reassured that my brother-in-law is looked after so well by everyone.

The staff at this care home are extremely kind, approachable and very professional. Nothing is too much to ask. My husband is happy and contented at the care home. All his basic needs are very well cared for.

We could not be more pleased with the care my parents are getting at Kingsley. Everyone has been so helpful to accommodate them as a couple with their individual needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Kingsley.

As usual with every review, I always ask Mum if she is happy and her answer is always happy, happy, happy! I am very happy with the care Mum gets and the staff are lovely. Much appreciation to the manager for doing a wonderful job.

My Mum has been a resident since April 2024 and I am so happy and grateful to all the staff at Kingsley Court Care Home. They all are so friendly, professional, and approachable. My Mum is well taken care of and all her needs are met to a high standard. I feel so relaxed as a member of the family knowing my Mum is in a safe place and looked after very well. I am able to discuss anything with the manager who has an open-door policy and is so caring and supportive. Excellent service!

My wife has been at Kingsley Court for over three years now and I am amazed at what the caring and devotional staff have achieved in managing her dementia issues. The staff are constantly monitoring her wellbeing by providing opportunities to ensure she is having a meaningful life, daily activities keep her focused and there are both religious and seasonal special days when all the 'Kingsley family' come together, both staff and residents. There has also been an outing to a safari park and they are scheduled to go to the London Christmas lights. I give my heartfelt thanks to all staff.

The staff are amazing, helpful and caring and have the time to speak to you. My mother is on the second floor.

Staff are excellent, friendly and always helpful. Mum is happy and well cared for. Communication with family is excellent. Food and drink - good variety. Activities done every day. Care home is clean and tidy. Management is excellent and are very approachable. Good communication regarding Mum's care.

Since my mother-in-law arrived at Kingsley Court there is such a difference in her. Knowing there is always someone there for my mother-in-law gives her company and the family great peace of mind. The staff at Kingsley Court are beautifully caring and so very attentive to her needs. A wonderful place and fantastic staff.

Kingsley Court care home is very welcoming to residents and their families. My mother has been extremely well looked after. The staff are amazing and I can thoroughly recommend this care home.

I find all the staff to be friendly in what is a difficult environment. My mum is old, unfortunately, but she is well looked after. The place is kept very clean and I have no worries about her here.

Mum came to Kingsley Court in June 2023 and has always been very well cared for. The staff here are so helpful and caring and Mum's needs are always well catered for. If I need any information about mum there is always someone to talk to. I would recommend Kingsley Court to anyone.

From what I observed my friend has settled well in the home and generally appears happy and content. She is happy to see me but also quite happy to go off with the staff when I leave, which I find reassuring.
