Could not be happier with the staff and the care my mother receives. Such a happy, friendly environment and the staff really do care and interact with the residents. There are plenty of activities to keep them occupied and my mother is always kept clean and tidy.

My lovely mam is in Rosewood and it is second to none. The staff are the best; they really care. It’s clean and well maintained. It’s just like a big family, so relaxed, but always someone on hand if you have any problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you all, from my mam and her family.

Lovely care home with excellent staff who take good care of my mother.

Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. They look after my mother-in-law very well and seem genuinely kind in taking care of her needs. Her room is always kept tidy as she is not capable of looking after it herself. She loves the food there and always seems to have cups of tea made for her. Our whole family feel comforted that she seems to be taken care of really well.

Because of Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to visit Rosewood House until the end of life of our mother. However, the staff were excellent in supporting us to make video calls and relaying messages when deafness became a problem so that we could stay in constant touch. We cannot speak too highly of every member of staff whether administration, care or management, even the gardener was pleased to meet us. The overall impression in the home was of warmth, comfort and support for all whilst professional standards overarched everything.

It is such a bright, clean and nice environment. 100% of staff are helpful, pleasant and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every part of the home is amazing and a pleasure to visit.

Hard to review the service when lockdown has prevented visits. There is, however, an appearance of care which is reassuring.

My mam has been in Rosewood for over 3 years, and as a family, we have always been very pleased with the care she receives. We are always made to feel very welcome whenever we visit, and the organisation of visits during COVID have been great, well organised.

My mother has been at Rosewood for two years now, and I can't speak highly enough of all Rosewood staff in the care they have shown to my mum. The past 12 months have been very challenging due to the pandemic, but they have dealt with all the extra demands this has brought marvellously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosewood to anyone who is considering care for an elderly relative.

My auntie and father are both at Rosewood and the care they have received is excellent. The staff are very friendly, professional and caring. The management and the staff always have the time to talk to me about how my auntie and father are doing and always happy to help. I would recommend Rosewood in an instant.
