View Full Details of Mulberry CourtMu is treated very well, all staff are attentive and caring, lovely place.
My mum was in your wonderful home for 4 and a half years and celebrated her 100th birthday with you. She never complained and all the staff were wonderful. She had a lovely room overlooking the gardens. The food was excellent and the care and attention from all members of staff was outstanding. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making Mum's final years so happy and comfortable.
The carers who are caring for my mother-in-law have demonstrated to be very kind, caring and presenting with empathy every day. In particular, one, for my mother-in-law's birthday, presented her with a cake, and knelt down on one knee to sing personally happy birthday! The carers go out of their way to ensure the needs of my mother-in-law are heeded to. I have informed the care home manager of the carer and the professionalism and dignity that this particular carer demonstrates is recognised.
I was away for 3 weeks and unable to visit my friend. On my return, I was greeted so warmly and genuinely by all the staff. My friend was happy to see me and told me how much he enjoyed his birthday and Christmas. He looked very well and was a delight to see everyone happy. The home looked fabulous for Christmas, a massive amount of work to decorate for the residents. Thanks, everyone.
A very welcoming place, with caring staff that are friendly and reliable. Our relation has been here since March 2024, she has dementia with all the trials and anxieties that it brings, we could not cope as a family and though having her in a care home would not be the first choice the people at Mulberry Court help us make it through each week. We know she is warm, looked after and cared for and that is the best we can hope for. As regular visitors we have come to know many of the staff and are grateful for all that they do, each day with a smile, thank you.
Thank you for the lovely Christmas party and wonderful singer today, we all had a lovely time, Mum and I were singing along. Great to see everyone together staff, residents and family enjoying themselves.
My brother was in Mulberry Court for respite care. When I picked him up he said he enjoyed his day and would happily go into Mulberry Court again. All the staff were very kind and helpful.
I have been very impressed by all of the staff I have met here from the first time I visited when looking for a suitable care home for my 96-year-old mother. The lady in charge of finance was very polite and informative and put my mind at rest on a number of issues. One of the deputy managers showed me around and was very informative. The other deputy manager has been brilliant also from the beginning and has organised a fortnightly visit for Mum to go to her church. All the other members of staff have been kind, caring and friendly.
I am reasonably happy with the care my sister is receiving and has received in the past. I am satisfied to know my sister is in a safe and secure environment.
At first sight the home looks pleasant. The care team leader was very enthusiastic, giving me some information about how fantastic the home was, and what fantastic facilities were on offer to my father who has dementia. Within 2 weeks of being there, my dad who even though had dementia was physically fit now had bruises all over his body, swollen feet, walking around like a zombie with no shoes or socks on his feet! Our family was disgusted by the way he was being treated and had to complain to the CQC.
Did not know what service to expect for my wife, from May onwards, but I and my family were really surprised at the care, and friendliness of the whole staff at the home. They listened to us, as to how my wife needed help and attention. The daily routine was excellent, meals were really good and activities and trips were excellent as well. We would thoroughly recommend the home for having loving care and attention. Well done!
Mulberry Court has been a perfect home for my mother-in-law for the past 2 years. The staff are caring, patient and kind. They are very supportive to us, the family. They look after the residents very well and there is always care and compassion shown to them. I feel lucky that our loved one is in good, safe hands at Mulberry Court.
Very friendly and extremely attentive staff who are providing very good care in a clean and modern building. My mum has been very well looked after. well fed and properly cared for. Thank you for all you've done.
My dad is looked after well. No worries here. He's quiet and keeps to himself. If his television could be put on daily that would be appreciated. Overall a lovely care home, the staff are very friendly and I have no concerns at all about my dad's wellbeing, he is looked after.
The staff are excellent but overworked which naturally causes stress when other staff are off. The home is currently being decorated in the communal areas, but I do not know whether this will include bedrooms. My brother has been there three years next month and still no address has been made with regards the damaged wall.
My mum has been in this home for nearly a year now. She loves it. The staff are excellent, they are so caring. They get Mum doing activities which she enjoys. She tells me the food is lovely. Everyone is so friendly. I enjoy going to visit her.
The staff at Mulberry Court are caring, friendly and do everything they can to make the residents' lives comfortable and easier. The home is always clean and my dad seems very happy there. The communication is good and I always feel very welcome when I visit.
An amazing care facility. The staff are kind, caring and supportive. They treat Mum with dignity and respect. She is taken care of and is happy, that's all we can hope for. Thank you Mulberry Court.
Summary of time spent in the home up until Sep 7. I am the son of a resident who has now passed. The care my mother received was very good. The staff were kind and considered the residents and always did their best. At times they were very rushed after all events can happen that cannot be planned for. That said even then all of them gave it their best. The consideration of staff was certainly a noticeable factor with many having been there many years.
Always very friendly and hardworking, despite being under pressure. Some of the residents are very sick and take up a lot of their time.
