A pleasant place to come to, excellent staff, excellent facilities, everything is to a high standard.

My dad has settled her very well, is is well looked after and says the food is lovely. There are plenty of staff on hand at all times when my dad needs a hand with anything. My dad says he is happy here and it's nice to see him with a smile on his face. He loves the entertainment that the home brings in and we are looking forward to spending some time in the gardens when the weather picks up.

The staff always very friendly. They look after mum very well and she loves the sponge puddings and the meals are very good according to mum. There is always plenty to do - outings on the bus dominos, choir and nursery school visits and she loves it when Elvis comes to visit so she can join in the singing. Its a very well run establishment.

My partner has been in Hawthorn Court since 2020! Admin very friendly and welcoming, staff are amazing and would highly recommend. Well done to all.

I cannot fault Hawthorn Court. The manager is so helpful, understanding and her priority is her residents care and happiness and well being. The staff are all so approachable and helpful. The care home is homely and spotless. They have made my mums transitions so accommodating and as stress free as possible! 5 Stars!

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do - place my husband in care and Hawthorne Court have worked with me in a very kind and respectful way to allow my husband my husband to feel he is at home and for me part of that home. It continues to be very difficult for me but it is somewhat easier that my husband is safe, respected, treated with dignity and feels safe.

The staff are so welcoming, they make you feel they are part of a family. They listen to your concerns and act upon them. Dad has been allowed to lead his own care with respect, dignity and safety always a priority. The facility is immaculately clean and has no unpleasant smells. The energy in Hawthorn Court is always fabulous with staff smiling and talking to you. They take the time to "see you" to know your name and kindness shines through.

My mum and all the family are more than happy and feel reassured that my mum is in a lovely place and being so well looked after.

The carers were lovely, and the management were helpful. Mum went in weighing 8 stone 9oz, one month later she is weighing 9 stone 11oz. We thought that was amazing, well done.

The care at Hawthorn Court Care Home is of an exceptionally high standard. Every member of staff is kind, caring and compassionate. They definitely work together as a team and go above and beyond at all times. We can't thank them enough for their care of my dad and our whole family.

Transformational. They took someone in who wasn't eating, disinterested in everything, unable to walk and turned her around. After 4 weeks the difference was outstanding. She was fully engaged in all activities, enjoying her food and was so much physically and emotionally stronger.

Unbelievable welcoming atmosphere from our first visit. The standard of care shown to my father in law is second to none. We cannot fault any aspect of Hawthorn Court Care Home. A difficult transition from independent living into care was made as easy as possible by the whole team. Superb!

My mother has been in Hawthorn Court Care Home for over a year now and throughout that time she has been treated with kindness, dignity and care. The staff are friendly and professional al of the time. The rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
