View Full Details of Regency Manor Residential & Nursing HomeI'm really impressed with Regency. The home is clean and smells lovely. The food is great and the care team is kind.
I'm so grateful for the care my grandmother receives at Regency Manor. From the moment she moved in, the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. They're kind, attentive, and truly treat her like family. Knowing there's an in-house GP gives me so much peace of mind, and I love that the home is pet-friendly- it's those little touches that make all the difference. I can honestly say we found the perfect care home. I couldn't ask for more for my grandmother.
Regency is a very good care home. Everyone is lovely. I like the carers and other residents.
Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home is amazing care home, my uncle is very happy there, we always have great visits, the team is always smiling and welcoming, the activities are fun and as a family, we can join in with my uncle. I recommend Regency Manor.
The food is good. My room is good. I have a big TV. Sandbanks is a good suite. I like the food and the people, it is a good care home.
I love everyone here. I love the care home. The staff here are lovely. The managers are great. My room is lovely and comfortable.
Excellent and everything. This place is the best place I've been.
Apprehension at first putting my mum into a care home. I needn't have been as Mum is so well cared for in Regency Manor. Mum was not getting the care she needed with carers at home and here she gets all the attention she requires. Changed, regular checks every two hours, more interaction and she is putting on weight and is much less anxious.
I found my home. Regency was what I needed. All staff here are very good. The food is very tasty. I recommend Regency Manor.
Love the home, really good.
Wonderful home and competent staff are very good. Happy with the time here.
Wonderful home - can't wait to visit again. Polite and caring staff, very clean with nice and spacious bedrooms. The activities team are very nice and ready to help. Had a great time when I last visited and can see it's a great establishment.
My dad, who peacefully passed away last week, experienced four years of the most amazing care at Regency Manor. Living with dementia and macula degeneration, his latter years could have been very difficult, but the wonderful team at Regency Manor looked after him so well. Their understanding, kindness, compassion, gentle humour and positive attitudes are such a comfort to residents and families alike. Dad was given many lovely outings and experiences, thanks to the tireless inspiration of the wellbeing team, and everyone was so supportive throughout his time there. A loving home from home, I'm so glad Dad experienced the acceptance and support he needed by coming to Regency Manor.
It is an excellent home. My room is big and I enjoy the cafeteria. Every staff member is very nice.
Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home is very good for me. I like the carers and the others that live here.
We were concerned at first that Mum might be distressed by the move into a residential home, although initially it was for a two week respite. We could not have been more wrong. Very quickly, it became apparent that she was happier at Regency Manor than she had been at home and certainly much better cared for. The level of care is the key. She is surrounded by friendly, professional and warm-hearted carers, administrators and wellbeing staff. It has been such a positive experience that Mum has asked to stay on indefinitely.
Marvelous activities, which represents the staff and I really enjoy. Have a good bedroom. The staff are very nice and have been very helpful. I like living here.
After a very poor experience at hospital, leaving my mother utterly distressed, I had no choice but to remove her. The manager and her team have been wonderful. A staff member came to the hospital to assess Mum and five hours later, she was sat at Regency Manor in her own room with a cup of tea and eating scrambled eggs. From my first telephone call everyone has been kind, thoughtful and caring. My mother is smiling and I have peace of mind knowing when I go home she’s being well looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for permanent or respite stay. Thanks to each of you who have made this move happen so quickly, efficiently and with care.
A very pleasant and exceptionally caring home. Dad has been treated with respect and dignity. Staff have been attentive and all the family have said how good it is for Dad to be here.
My husband, who has dementia, is in constant physical and mental change. Staff and medical attendants are ready to change and adapt to instant needs. Fast and furious pace in exchange of and notice to all staff. Value for money compared with others, therefore fair. Food and drink not my cup of tea, but done by home and knowledge of elderly diets is correct.
