My nan is taken very good care of. The manager and one staff member in particular take very good care of her needs, cannot fault them.

I cannot fault the care at this care home. The manager, one member of staff in particular, plus all the staff give 100% to all their residents. They work tirelessly to bring comfort to the residents and also look after the relatives when times are difficult. A big thank you to you all.

The care home was very enjoyable and very friendly. The place was very clean and everybody there was very helpful. The food was good, all the facilities were very good as well.

I cannot commend this care home highly enough. The management are hard working and dedicated to providing the best care possible. All staff are friendly and helpful. This is an outstanding care home.

My grandma stayed here for respite care and I couldn't thank the staff enough. The care was brilliant and the staff were very attentive, are always very helpful, supportive and happy. The rooms are very clean, the food is great and there are plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Mum has been at Collinson House for more than two years now and the staff know and understand her needs. She has a good relationship with her main carers and management. I feel I can always talk to management about any concerns that I have. I am also confident that they will keep me updated on Mum's condition and I feel she is safe and cared for.

My grandmother has been a resident at Collinson House for about seven months now, and I can confidently say that the service is immaculate. They cater to her needs very well, and the staff are kindhearted and caring. I definitely recommend this care home.

We have been visiting my brother-in-law for 2 years and three quarters and find that he has been looked after in a satisfactory manner. The staff are courteous, helpful and always happy.

My loved one has recently moved to Collinson House and has settled wonderfully. The management team have taken the time and care to really get to know him and tailor care to his needs. My views have been considered at all points and the care shown, towards both my husband and I, from all staff has been wonderful. The management team have a deep understanding of my husband’s complex condition and continues to update and change his plans if needed. The support has been exemplary and I cannot thank all staff enough.

Mum has been a resident at Collison House for eleven years. She can't do much for herself these days. The staff treat her with much kindness.

First experience of residing in a care home, welcomed with care and kindness, soon aware of busy routine but have own room so minimum disturbance. Pleasant room, clean and fresh decor - restful view from room of the garden and trees. My visitors have been welcomed and staff always polite.

The staff at Collinson House have gone above and beyond for our loved one. Our loved one can be extremely difficult and resists any assistance, and can also be verbally and physically aggressive. The staff are patient, kind, tolerant and understanding. They have tried many times to put things in place that might enable our loved one to be happier and less resistant to help, and even though nothing was working, they never gave up trying.

My Mum has been a resident at Collinson House for 3 years and I'm very happy with the level of care she gets. The team are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I believe that wherever you go, in most cases, it's the people who make the difference in how a place feels, the team do that here. I always feel confident that Mum is being well looked after when I'm not there. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Most staff are helpful and friendly. Not a very good choice for meal times. Would be nice if we could stay when it is meal time as mum is confined to her room, understandably meal times are protected but she can’t be moved into the dining room.

My aunt was a resident at Collinson House for nearly 3 years. I found the managers and staff to be very caring and easy to talk with about any concerns I had about my aunt's health and welfare. My aunt suffered from dementia and other health issues. The staff knew her well and would contact us if and when the need arose to let us know if she was not well. We visited her and were always made welcome. I would recommend this care home.

My mother-in-law was a resident here from December 21st 2022 - 27th January 2023. All the staff were very approachable, polite and very welcoming. She was pretty happy here (my mother-in-law) and she was 98 years old whilst in here. Her room was clean and tidy too. Thank you very much to all.
