Claremont Court has cared for my mother for just over two years, as she has become increasingly frail and needed far more care than I could give her. Relatives and friends who have visited her are always impressed with the home and what they can see of the care being given to her and other residents. The environment is always clean and the atmosphere cheerful. My mother is sometimes able to take part in activities, which she enjoys. I am happy that she is safe and has appropriate care. I am always kept informed of any change is her condition or her medication. I would recommend Claremont Court to anyone needing specialist dementia care.

I could not be happier with the team at Claremont Court, my experience with them and my dad's ongoing experience there. Dementia is an extremely difficult and nuanced disease to provide care needs for, and requires an almost limitless well of positivity, patience and perseverance, something that every member of staff at Claremont Court display on a daily basis. It has an excellent management team, a superb and highly professional nursing team that provides regular updates and support, fantastic support team including two staff members in particular who feel like an extension of the care team, the vivacious activities coordinator who is constantly organising fun things for the residents, and each and every carer in the whole team contributes to the positive atmosphere and excellent functioning of the home. Every single person in the home deserves a shout out for their contribution on a daily basis and I know dad would be extremely thankful to each and every one of them.

My mother has recently joined Claremont Court having been in 2 other homes. I can happily and honestly say it has been the best one yet! She is treated with dignity and kindness despite being difficult at times due to her condition. I really appreciate the open door policy and the friendliness of staff and other clients.

Claremont Court Care Home was a lifeline for us when we felt unable to care for our mother at home any longer. The home is well-staffed with excellent calm, kind and responsive people. I trust them to support her and us.

Claremont continues to provide excellent care for my wife who has been a resident for over 5 years. The care team are always very attentive and kind, attending to her needs with compassion and patience.

My husband has been in Claremont Court since the end of January this year, and to start with, having been a very vibrant and active person, was quite a challenging resident for the first couple of months. However, Claremont handled it all very sympathetically, and sensibly and he is now happy and settled. Claremont organise a whole range of activities, outings, and entertainments to stimulate the residents, and is so lucky to have brilliant and caring staff at all levels. Dementia has to be one of the most challenging types of behaviour to deal with, and Claremont Court certainly rises to the challenge.

All staff are cheerful, helpful, and thoroughly professional; they work as a team. The aim of making it as close as possible to "being at home" is achieved. New activities are regularly introduced; sensory stimulation is a recent example.

My husband has been and still is receiving excellent care at Claremont Court. The Carers and staff are very patient and show empathy to both my husband and myself. There is always a relaxed atmosphere when I visit and the abundance of activities arranged for the Residence are very imaginative and fun. They have a great Chef who makes lovely meals and amazing cakes. I have peace of mind that my husband receives the care that he deserves and needs and thank my lucky stars every day that he is looked after so very well.

Since my father moved in over a year ago I am delighted to see how much he has improved both physically and mentally. He always tells me how happy he is when I visit, which is what any family member wants to hear. I love the social media page. It's a good insight into the work the team does.

Couldn't hope for a better place for Mum to live, given her health circumstances. She is cared for to the highest of standards and it's a happy environment for her to enjoy. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I am so thankful!

The most wonderful and caring home for residents with dementia. The staff are so genuine including all the management staff. I moved my Mum from another care home to Claremont as they were unable to meet her needs with dementia and Claremont was just amazing through the whole process. I cannot fault them in any way! The facilities are spotlessly clean and all the residents are very well cared for and happy in there. Most importantly they have love and comfort around them. The manager and her team are the best you could possibly wish for! I am so very happy to have found this fabulous home for my Mum as it is such a difficult disease to deal with not only for the person affected but for the family members too in so many ways. If you're looking for a care home for your loved one with dementia then look no further! I can't speak highly enough of everything about Claremont.

Our lovely mum has been a resident at Claremont for almost a year now. The staff are just incredible, showing warmth and compassion to the residents and families alike. Despite Mum having low mobility and not being able to speak so well since a minor stroke recently, her happy demeanor lets us know that she feels safe and cared for. We really appreciate how the care assistants show her respect and dignity during personal care, where she can be difficult. We are also kept regularly informed of any issues/changes. The staff take the time to get to know the residents and what they like, so it's lovely to see Mum always involved in the singing and dancing activities going on, as she enjoys these immensely. We often come in to find her dancing in her chair in the lounge! As a family, we couldn't have asked for more, and we rest easy knowing she's in the best hands.

A fantastic home. Always welcoming when I visit. All staff know my dad really well and they all always show the greatest care and respect for all the residents. A good activity schedule with regular and special events that have really enhanced my dad's daily life. Such kindness and compassion for the residents and their families as well, especially in more challenging moments. I can relax knowing my dad is so well looked after.

Claremont Court provides excellent care to its residents. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and very inclusive. There are loads of different activities and lovely shows with singers and dancers. The food is lovely and beautifully presented, suitable to tempt any appetite. My husband has complex medical problems. The sisters always keep me up to date on what is happening with him and any changes in his condition which is very reassuring to me. The Christmas period was brilliant, so many different activities and such a lot of fun and laughter. I congratulate the management and all the staff on creating wonderful memories for everyone.

I was so worried about putting my mum in a care home but Claremont Court have completely changed my mind. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, it’s always very clean and the residents are extremely well looked after. There are plenty of activities for all to enjoy and there is always a sense of order about the place. I am pleasantly surprised and happy that we chose this place for her. The only negative I have is that it would be nice if there were facilities for refreshments for visitors.

I couldn't recommend Claremont Court Care Home more highly. The care my mum has received over the last 8 months has been exceptional. The whole team make every effort to get to know each resident to ensure they provide a personalised service and caring environment. It is a cross-functional team effort, from the cleaners and laundry team, the estates team, and catering to the care team. Everybody is involved, and their commitment and care creates a welcoming, warm and friendly care home to visit. My mum has been thriving. There is a schedule of non-stop activities to engage and stimulate the residents, the lifestyle team do a fabulous job. Always so much going on! My mum is happy, safe and extremely well looked after. Dealing with dementia has its challenges and I couldn't have more admiration for all those involved in her care.

After much searching, I finally found the best care home for Mum. She is treated with respect, retains her dignity, enjoys good relationships with all the staff and constantly says she is spoilt. There are a wide range of activities available to her if she so wishes, but there is no pressure to join in if she prefers quiet time. The nursing staff are currently wonderful and update me of every eventuality, change in medication, etc and are extremely supportive and understanding. The staff have become part of our extended family. I cannot recommend Claremont Court highly enough.

We’ve been very happy in the knowledge that Mum is in exceptionally safe hands. She is safe and well looked after with plenty to keep her busy if she chooses. Her room is comfortable and the staff is thoughtful and responsive.

My father was admitted to hospital due to several falls at home and we decided that he would need full-time care. I visited several homes but Claremont Court offered the best care options and our overall first impressions were that it would be the right place for Dad to stay. Dad was moved in quickly and efficiently and after a few days, he was settled in. The positives are now that he is looked after 24 hours, given his Parkinson's (and other medication) on time and has company and activities every day. He is happy and healthy with friendly, down-to-earth care.

I would not hesitate to recommend Claremont Court as an excellent home. The upbeat and attentive care is heartwarming to see and experience. The organised activities and administration of the home run smoothly with good communication, and any enquiries are dealt with promptly and fully. I am very pleased that my Mother is in such capable hands.
