The team at Park House continue to take great care of my mum. She has been very poorly recently and they have been warm, caring and very quick to ensure her medical care, food and drink are maintained and checked each day and close liaison with the GP surgery. I feel very relieved that she is so well looked after. The Manager and Deputy Manager are brilliant, approachable and quick to address any issues, and obviously aware of my Mum's changing care needs. Over Christmas, the team made sure we could spend time with Mum, enabling a family Christmas dinner with her and lovely decorations and activities in the home, it made the day very special. The home is spotless and the food is really good and tailored to Mum's needs. Thank you!

My stepfather has been at Park House since June 2024, I have found the staff and management easy to talk to, to help sort any problems that are needed (as we haven't been in this situation before) to be solved. Rooms are a lovely size and immaculate. There are choices for meals and drinks, and everything I have seen is five star. There are plenty of activities and the facilities are exceptional. The overall experience of Park House is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. It is a safe and secure property that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The team at Park House continues to take great care of Mum, they are incredibly professional and quick to pick up any issues however small, and very helpful and patient in enabling me to speak with Mum by phone. The home has had some decoration over the summer which looks lovely, the place is spotless, warm, and very welcoming. Mum loves the food, Sunday lunch and meals. The Manager and Deputy Manager are fantastic, approachable and very quick to pick up any issues. All of the teams are outstanding, carers, housekeepers, and catering.

I have found Park House a very caring and friendly place, nothing is too much trouble for management and staff. My husband is very happy and I don't worry about thinking is he alright as I Know if there is a problem it will be sorted.

Outstanding care home, Mum is so settled, and the staff are outstanding from the kitchen to the housekeeping department to the wonderful care staff. Management runs the home brilliantly. Thank you to all 10/10 from me.

My dad has been in Park House for a couple of months. Despite him being very reluctant to go into a care home, he has settled in from day one and now absolutely loves it. So much so he asked me to confirm this was now his forever home as he likes it so much. The food is excellent and he enjoys being able to socialise with the other residents at meal times. He also enjoys the activity sessions as it fills up his day and gives him a social life. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable (even setting up his subscription TV service when the company failed to). Highly recommended!

My mother became a resident in 2021. Each time I cannot fault the care home. Each member of staff from the manager and all the care workers, particularly three members of staff, each of which I can have a bit of banter with, look after my mother with care, dedication and professionalism. More important is the view of my mother. She absolutely loves living in the home. She always tells me how caring the staff are and how they are always there to care for her in every way morning, afternoon and night. The food is excellent and the social activities keep her mind and body occupied.

The home recently has had some maintenance and decor work done, when you walk into the home it is just so homely and comfortable, the home is outstanding from the management to the carers, kitchen and domestic, my friend is so happy and well cared for and always smiling.

Fantastic home. My grandpa has settled really well in Park House. All the staff are attentive, friendly and always smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very supportive of his needs and allow him his independence too. The food is lovely, he always tells me how good it's been every day I visit. The home is spotlessly clean throughout. The entertainment that is on a regular basis is great. My grandpa wouldn't normally get involved but he has been dancing, playing games and is always looking forward to what's coming next. We couldn't have asked for a better place for him to stay.

Since moving my father-in-law to Park House he has settled really well. He likes all the staff they are very friendly and look after him well. Nothing is too much trouble for them they really care. I know he is safe and well cared for. He is quite a loner but they have encouraged him to join in with the activities even dancing and the entertainment lady is wonderful. It is like visiting him in his own home. It is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. The manager had been amazing and always had time to speak to me on the phone whenever I called. She has provided advice and I have complete faith in her decision-making as she has the residents' welfare at heart. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. All of the staff should be very proud of what they do as I know the care industry gets bad press.

My wife’s grampa returned to Park House, having spent a month here earlier in the year. Thankfully, he is now settled here long-term because this is such a great care home. The staff are always smiling, always positive, always focused on the residents' well-being and on a different level to the staff at the many care homes he has stayed at over the course of the last 12 months. He has even been dancing with the wonderful entertainment team, something we never thought we would see! He has a new lease of life. Thank you Park House.

My mum is the happiest I’ve seen her in so long, she looks so happy and healthy. She thinks of the staff as her family and continuously tells me how happy she is, I am so thankful for the manager and her team we are so lucky to have my mum here. You literally will not find a better caring family family-orientated home. The management is always around, she is approachable and very bright which is nice to see, and always smiling which impacts the positive team.

Park House is friendly and welcoming and all aspects of the care, facilities and staff are excellent. I would highly recommend Park House to any other family considering care on a long-term basis.

After viewing many homes we chose Park House because it has a great first impression and we haven't been disappointed. All the staff are dedicated and provide my mam with great care and mam is very happy here. There are almost daily activities which mam joins in with and looks forward too. They are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Park House has been nothing other than excellent in the care and assistance they have provided for my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone thinking about long-term care.

Treat my mum as an individual person with care and attention. Regard her room as her home with all her personal effects around her. All staff are helpful to both my mum and her visitors. Care of her mental wellbeing and not just physical ones.
