View Full Details of Cromwell HouseAll the staff at Cromwell House treat me with respect and all the staff treat me with the utmost dignity and they help me every day to meet my needs. I love all the workers dearly as my friends.
I was well looked after by the staff and management.
I think the staff here are fabulous and work so very hard. I have had hard times but I feel they have been through it all with me. I love the rooms. It's like being at a hotel. On the whole, I have had a really lovely stay. Love to you all, please try and remember me and the children. Thank you.
The staff are helpful.
Since the last change of management to the new managers, there has been a steady improvement especially to do with the training of all staff including cleaners, and kitchen staff on dementia awareness. There are regular meetings held for management and family members/representatives of residents now so views, comments and suggestions can be aired and these points are acted upon. Activities for residents have vastly improved very friendly and caring staff.
I am being well looked after at Cromwell House. The staff are nice they do their job well and are very caring. The activities are good. I love helping out in the garden, watering the plants and vegetables. I think it is very clean and tidy.
A welcome surprise in activities that were experienced this month which culminated into a summer barbecue with ice cold drinks all round. It felt so homely it was like living in a mansion with friends and family. Thank you, team Cromwell.
My brother has physical as well as mental challenges and when his physical challenge caused him to have a 2 week stay in hospital, the staff in this home rose to the challenge in a remarkable way. They recognised that he was afraid and confused being in a strange environment and feeling extremely unwell and so allowed members of staff that he was familiar with to stay with him day and night for the duration of his admission. The home is a clean, friendly and pleasant environment, always welcoming and relatives are encouraged to be involved as much as possible in the care of their loved ones. Any concerns shared are immediately addressed and opportunity is given to speak to the nurse in charge at any time about the care. Well done everyone and God bless you all.
The best home I've ever lived in.
My nurse works very hard and helps me with my rehabilitation and also puts her authority across. She's excellent.
The staff are professional and helpful, also the place is kept very clean. There are always activities with Occupational Therapist and overall the home is very pleasant.
The nursing home is good and the staff are fine.
An up and coming home that is resourceful in staff quality and care. I am very comfortable with the environment and it shows lots of potential.
Cromwell House is a good, if not beautiful place to recover or manage mental health. Recently I was readmitted to hospital due to mental ill health. Throughout this period the manager and all the staff were extra extra helpful in aiding my return and recovery.
It's okay the staff are friendly I think its okay to stay before you get your own place, as staff support you daily with tasks.
I have always found the staff to be very helpful and very friendly and very kind each time we visit and my daughter has improved quite a lot.
I like the fact you are allowed out on supported day trips. The staff made me feel welcome and have good activities, and the food is good.
