My mum has been in Lavender Hills Care Home for just over 6 months and she has settled in really well. The staff have been brilliant looking after her and a huge weight has been lifted knowing that she's safe and well looked after at Lavender Hills.

Mum moved into Lavender Hills Care Home in October 2023. The period leading up to her move was extremely stressful for my wife and I and like many, I was concerned as to whether I was doing the right thing. Being able to work with the team to prepare mum's room in advance went a long way to easing my worries. Arriving at Lavender Hills with mum was a revelation, she was welcomed like a long lost friend and within minutes, she was settled. Over the next twelve months we have seen mum recover some of her spark, there have been bumps along the road and times when she hasn't been right, but the staff have been brilliant and have always turned things around. I do believe the fact the entire staff buy into the Lavender Hills approach, makes a massive difference. The weekly events and activities are marvelous but it is the fact that each resident is cared for and treated as an individual that makes such a difference. Thank you for making mum happy in the moment and removing the stress from me.

The staff at Lavender Hills Care Home are always very friendly and helpful. The staff work hard to tailor for each individual's needs, which we know is a challenge. The only 4-star rating (safety/security) is due to temporary issues with the lift.

Living in out of the area, I don't get to see my nan all the time but love seeing the photos and videos of my nan enjoying her best life at Lavender Hills. Seeing the videos of my nan ice skating in a wheel chair, with the carers pushing her around and having so much fun was amazing. Well done Lavender Hills, the care you have for all the residents is very special and I'm so glad my nan is enjoying life and been treated so well by you all.

Mum's experience at Lavender Hills has been exceptional. The staff have been very caring and supportive. Mum has been made to feel at home. Any requests have been dealt with very promptly by the manager. Mum has enjoyed having her hair done every week and joining in the activities. Mum's wellbeing and happiness have improved since she arrived at Lavender Hills.

My mum has been at Lavender Hills for over 4 years and really enjoys living there. The facilities that are provided are very good and there are always lots and lots of activities and trips to keep all the residents busy and happy! This often includes tailored trips depending on what certain residents might like. The staff are fantastic and know all the residents very well and look after them really well really going above and beyond. I would not hesitate in recommending Lavender Hills!

I couldn't be more pleased with the care my grandma is receiving at her care home. The staff are truly fantastic, treating the residents like family and ensuring that the environment feels like their very own home. They are just there to lend a hand, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly, and their positive attitudes are infectious. Since moving in, my grandma has been thriving and looks better than ever. It's comforting to know she is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommended!

I recently visited my Auntie. All the team members at Lavender Hills were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a private area where we all could relax and have coffee. It was a wonderful afternoon. Thank you for all you do for the residents.

Great home, well lead by manager and team. All the staff go above and beyond to make my mother in laws life a better one. There are always activities to cater for the residents. They do group activities and one on one activities. The home and staff always cater for us as a family. As we travel 2 hours to get to the home, we are always met with pleasant friendly staff who always offer us a hot drink and food, which is important to us as a family. We are still able to eat with mum and spend quality time with her.

I am just really impressed with the amount of care my mum receives at this home. This month the care home have taken my mum ice skating. When she was younger, she loved ice skating. They always show much respect with all the residents and my mum is always smiling and happy.

Mum moved to Lavender Hills 18 months ago, she settled in very quickly which was a relief to all the family as we had moved her from another care home where we had a bad experience. Lavender Hills not only supported mum with the transition but the family as well. We haven't looked back. Mum gets involved in lots of activities and goes on some fabulous trips, including things like ten pin bowling, ice skating, bike rides going to the cinema to mention just a few. It's great to see her smiling and happy.Throughout the year there are also plenty of family events such as the Summer BBQ, firework night, Mother's Day and Father's Day. I have complete trust and confidence in the level of care provided to my mum by all members of staff. Fabulous.

Lavender Hill provides exemplary care for its residents. There is a family feel from the moment you arrive. Staff not only know the people for whom they care, they also make every effort to know their families too.

We visit a close family friend who moved into Lavender Hills in the summer. From the first day, the experience has been so positive. Our friend settled in from day one. The activities and outings the home provide are excellent and varied, making sure everyone benefits. The home is so vibrant and such a happy place to visit, this is in no small part due to the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we know that our friend is in safe hands and living a full and enriching life at a time when, safety, comfort and care is needed. Thank you for the care you all take of the residents. I have to mention birthdays, every birthday is marked with a beautiful cake made in the kitchens and of course a rendition of "Happy Birthday" such a lovely touch.

The staff at Lavender Hills are amazing, they treat my mother in law and all the residents as if they where looking after their own family. My mother in law has done more activities and enjoyed herself far more than I thought she would, this is down to the team at Lavender Hills who get all residents involved in whatever is going on.

My mum has been a resident at Lavender Hills for eighteen months now and it was definitely the right choice for her. All the staff throughout the home are caring, professional, friendly and helpful and great at what they do. The food is of a high standard, my mum has certainly put much needed weight on since she has been there. Lavender Hills is set in lovely grounds and the inside too is lovely. My mum enjoys the many activities and entertainments provided, she has been on many trips out too and it's lovely to see all the photos on Lavender Hills' social media pages. I highly recommend Lavender Hills if your loved one has to move into a care home.

Lavender Hills is a wonderful home! in every sense of the word. The location, the rooms and the facilities are second to none. But most of all it is the staff who make it so special, they are dedicated, genuinely caring and friendly to not only the residents but their families too. My Mother has been a resident since September 2021 and has enjoyed a quality of life that we never would have imagined.

My mum has been happy since the day she arrived in January 2024. The team made her feel really welcome from Day 1. They genuinely care about the residents and look after the families as well. Lots of activities going on that involve the residents and family so you still feel part of their lives. Mum's room is always lovely and tidy and the communal areas are really lovely and relaxing when you visit. It has been a genuine blessing to have mum living here as I never worry about her welfare and happiness as I know she is very settled in a good routine. Nothing is ever to much trouble.

My mum is a resident at Lavender Hills and she is very well looked after. The seniors and care team are very good and really look after my mum. My Dad was a resident for a short while before he died. During this difficult period the staff were very considerate. We know all the staff by name and they are very good.

I'm very happy with the care my dad has received at Lavender Hills over the past 2 years. The carers are friendly and attend to all dad's needs and get him to engage with the numerous activities. Also the food is lovely. Dad is happy there and he laughs and jokes with me when I visit.

My dad has been in Lavender Hills care home for 18 months now. Choosing a care home for him was the hardest thing I had to do, until I went to look at Lavender Hills. From the moment I stepped in there, I knew this was the place I wanted him to spend the rest of his life. Friendly, caring, compassionate, helpful are just a few of the qualities that were instantly apparent. 18 months on and it was the best decision I ever made. My dad is so happy and comfortable. Each and everyone of the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Not only are they dad's family; they are our family too. Dad was like a skeleton before he went in. Now he looks back to his old self as he enjoys the fresh, homemade food so much. I never thought he would get out so much but he loves the trips out which are so varied. Both his mind and physical health has improved. For anyone in the unenviable position of looking for a care home for their loved ones, I would thoroughly recommend Lavender Hills.
