The staff are all incredible-kind, caring, patient, engaging, positive, friendly and professional. They can not do enough to look after the residents. They have looked after my dad and have been so accommodating to all his family when they come to visit. The staff all go above and beyond for the residents.

Very caring, happy and friendly environment. My dad has settled really well, all his needs are catered for with no problem. I can access management at any time if I want a chat and I am also kept informed of anything that involves my dad. I have complete trust in them looking after my precious dad or I wouldn’t have him live there.

Since Mum moved into Coniston house she has been really well cared for by all the staff and myself and my brothers appreciate the high standards of resident care set by the whole team. We had the opportunity to visit other care homes, however, the overall standards we saw in Coniston along with meeting the management team convinced us that this was the best option for Mum. Obviously, It has taken my Mum a few months to settle into the home as she had lived on her own for a number of years, however with the comfortable resident rooms, good choice of wholesome food at meal times and also the numerous activities organised by the staff has resulted in Mum being much more settled recently and to the extent she now participates in many of these activities. Overall myself and my brothers are very pleased and have full confidence in Coniston in all aspects of Mum's care and we have no hesitation in recommending this care home based on our positive experience.

After visiting my husband here for 18 months, I can’t sing the praises of the management and staff loud enough! If any care home deserves 5 stars and a score of 10 out of 10 it surely has to be Coniston House. The home is spotless, homely and all residents are cared for with love and affection. There are so many activities as well as regular visits from singers, and residents are actively encouraged to participate. It has given me peace of mind knowing that my husband is safe and well looked after here. Thank you everyone.

As a new resident, my dad has struggled with the change and his feelings of lost independence. The staff have been absolutely excellent. His needs have been continually assessed and his care plan tweaked accordingly to make it right for him and us. Staff have been incredibly supportive of me as a daughter making difficult decisions and have always made me feel so welcome to visit or call. Everyone, including senior staff, management and administration staff has such positive interactions with the residents - everybody in there is working hard to make life as fulfilling as possible for the guests living there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coniston to any family who is looking for a care home for a loved one with dementia. Thank you to everyone for all that you do.

With the summer now upon us the staff have had all residents who want to be out in the garden for activities and sunshine, this has been a real boost for my dad as he loves the garden and has been a real lift to his outlook.

My mum has been in Coniston House for over a year. It is simply brilliant. The care and love she receives are just superb. I couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Well done Coniston House you are all amazing.

Mum has been at Coniston House Care Home for eighteen months and in that time she has been really settled. Mum has enjoyed lots of outings as well as entertainment which has been put on for the residents. The staff and management work really hard to give the residents a really good experience. Mum has made lots of friends and she is very active, visiting the other residents. I think Coniston House is excellent. Well done to the whole team!

I am helped and assisted by staff, particularly regular staff/carers. I appreciate their attention and warmth. My sister seems well cared for and not distressed or anxious. She feels comfortable.

Coniston House Care Home is a fabulous home. The care and dedication of all the staff are excellent. They all go above and beyond to make my mum feel loved and at home. They are not only kind and supportive to residents but to families as well. Always going that extra mile. It's always a pleasure visiting Coniston House and seeing Mum so settled and always getting a warm welcome.

Can't compliment this home enough. These carers are exceptional, the care, love and kindness they show to each and every resident are amazing. The home itself is very homely and comfortable, but it's the staff that really makes it for me. They are so welcoming and very much a big family environment, nothing is too much trouble for them.

As a family, we were nervous about my husband going into care. We had nothing to worry about, the whole team worked with us and, of course, my husband so he settled in quickly. The home is wonderful, so much going on for the residents, kind and caring staff who really do look after him. This is a wonderful home and my husband's quality of life is greatly improved. The home is filled with fun and laughter and we can't thank you enough for the care and understanding you have given my husband.

Coniston House Care Home provides an excellent service to its residents. My stepfather has been residing there now for nearly five years and he’s really happy and content. There are plenty of activities and the staff are great. You hear such negative stories about how other homes are not letting visitors in still after Covid but Coniston handled it brilliantly and kept everyone safe whilst still letting us visit our loved ones. Thanks to all the staff.

My aunt has been a resident in Coniston House Care Home for a few years now. I am happy with the care she receives. She can be difficult at times, the staff keep me informed as necessary. I do not have to worry about her as I know she is being cared for to the best of their abilities.

It presents with excellent, caring staff who often go above and beyond to care for the residents, it is always super clean and tidy with all the residents looking happy with their many needs being met, a truly first-class residential care home.

My wife has been a resident at Coniston House Care Home since 2013. During that time she has always received the very best of care from the management and care staff. Myself and my daughter are extremely grateful to all concerned at Coniston House Care Home for the duty of care they show towards my wife. She always has a smile on her face showing how relaxed she is. Because of her state of mind with the dementia, she doesn’t show any recognition but the fact that she is happy means so much to us both. I have no hesitation in recommending Coniston House Care Home as an excellent care facility.

My mother is happy at Coniston House Care Home. They care for her very well and make sure she is safe and well. The staff are very friendly and loving towards my mother and her well-being. Mum is always dressed well and her room is kept very clean. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Coniston House Care Home.
