Harden Hall is a fantastic care home the staff look after Mom with skill, care, compassion, respect and more. Every time I visit Mom is content and well looked after, plus the staff are always helpful and open with how she is, the extra activities are always great. The meals are fantastic and the home itself is very well kept. Mom is very happy to be there and I am happy that she is there, fully recommended.

My sister has been in this home for a while, staff are caring and look after her very well, we are made to feel welcome when we visit and get offered a drink, they have a coffee shop open twice a week and hairdresser on site and I would recommend this home to anyone. 100 percent best place.

Amazing! All the staff make sure they look out for my nan no matter what time of day it is! Every visit we get a full report of how she's been during the week. They make sure she has everything she needs and that she gets decent meals. Very happy with how Nan is being cared for!

My mom went to Harden Hall for respite, I cannot thank the staff for all the help Mom has received from them, so professional in their approach towards the residents and families. Mom loves it, I myself feel at ease knowing she is in safe hands and that goes a long way. God bless you all.

My mother-in-law has been in Harden Hall for almost 2 years and has been very happy there. The whole team are wonderful, always helpful and caring both with residents and visitors. For me personally, it is a huge relief that my wife has found somewhere for her Mum where she is happy and content and well looked after, as the home she was in prior to this was nowhere near as good. My wife used to be very stressed out but since moving mum to Harden Hall she has been so much better. The home is always clean and welcoming, and they all know us and always have a chat. My wife gets updates on her Mum on a regular basis. I do sometimes feel sorry for the staff as they seem rushed off their feet, but they always have a smile on their face. I don't think people really appreciate how hard it is to work in a care home, but I am so grateful that they do and they deserve all the praise they get.

Harden Hall excels as a care home. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and the care and kindness they show to my mum is second to none. Everyone from the management down to the cleaners are so kind and friendly. The home is always spotless, clean and welcoming. I know my Mum is very happy here.

My mom has been in Harden Hall for over two years. The staff are all absolutely fantastic from the manager, receptionist, care staff, cleaners, laundry ladies, handyman and kitchen staff. Without exception, they are all kind and caring. The lounge area and bedrooms are lovely. The gardens have flowers, benches, gazebos and seating areas and are very pleasant. The food is good and my mom recently had a birthday party in the bar area which was wonderful. The kitchen staff provided a great buffet. There is a hairdresser and a chiropodist and dentist also visit. Nurses come in at least once a week and will check over the resident if there are any worries. The only problem we have had is my mom's hearing aid and dentures going missing. It is difficult for the staff to find them as my mom tends to take them out and some residents are able to walk about and pick them up, which is common in care homes. We are working with the staff to try and find ways to solve the problem.

I have found the home to be great with residents, always let you know if there have been any problems. Care workers always sit down and discuss what activites they could do, dependant on the weather of course. The home is always welcoming and friendly.

The home is aways very welcoming and the staff are very friendly. They know my dad well and treat him with dignity and always interact with him. He is treated with care and respect, greeting him and checking if he is okay. This includes everyone from the caretaker, cleaners and all levels of care workers, plus the volunteer in the care. Home is immaculate, always clean and fresh. Provide superb care for my dad and treat him as a real person. Fabulous.

Basic care needs are not always met. Very friendly staff. Not as many activities as other care homes for residents. Visiting hours are limited and reception frequently has no one there to get in or out when visiting. The coffee shop is only open once a week on a Thursday 10-13.00 if a volunteer is in. Shame as it would be nice to visit and have a coffee on other days.

My mother has limited mental capacity, minimal mobility, and can be challenging to care for. She has been a resident in Harden Hall for almost 18 months, and during that time the care she receives has been exceptional. The staff are always cheerful and friendly, and fully understand my mother's needs. She's definitely in the right place to get the care she needs!

We have been very pleased with the care my Mother receives at Harden Hall. The staff are very caring and always pleasant. Everyone works very hard to keep all the residents looked after to a high standard. The home is well-run and is always clean and tidy. All of the staff take pride in their work and are very friendly and welcoming to visiting family and friends. All queries are dealt with efficiently and medical help is on hand if needed. The home is spacious and there are areas to sit with your relatives away from the main communal lounge/dining areas. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot fault this care home, all staff are very polite and understanding of my mother-in-law's needs. It feels like home from home as soon as you walk in. Everybody is always smiling. The food always smells and looks delicious.

All staff are polite smiling and have a caring manner to all residents. Very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. They are always doing activities to keep residents' minds active. Food looks delicious.

I really enjoy visiting Harden Hall, over the years that I have been visiting I have always felt comfortable and welcome, residents always have plenty of activities going on and support for all needed, I love it there.

Absolutely amazing care home where the staff go above and beyond, the manager is lovely, very caring approachable and professional. You always feel very welcomed and nothing is ever too much. I enjoy visiting and always feel part of the team and activities when I come and I am always offered a lovely cup of tea.

Very friendly carers, make a good cup of tea and coffee. I visit someone I have known for many years. He tells me the food is very good and he seems well cared for and is helped by all. As I have no idea of costs etc. I can only put satisfactory. Reception is always welcoming and helpful, and security very good, but handled kindly!

My mom lived in Harden Hall from May 30th 2019 until December 2nd 2023. Unfortunately, she passed away, but at 91 years old, she had a good life. Those last years were made much better quality of life, nothing was too much, staff went above and beyond that the support we got as a family was second to none. I would recommend the home to anyone. My mom was not the easiest dementia resident to care for and was difficult at times but the staff got to know my mom well and knew how to settle he and make her happy.

From the moment you walk through the door reception, office staff, care staff are wonderful. It feels like a home. The staff are amazing, there are smiles on their faces, and the welcome is warm and genuine. Nothing is too much trouble. It's a pleasure to always go there.

Harden Hall is a clean and pleasant care home. On every visit, staff are available if required and very helpful. On-site facilities include chiropody and hairdressing, which my aunt loves. I would highly recommend Harden Hall to anyone.
