My son obviously feels secure and comfortable at Oakley House (and the
Lime Trees Care Group as a whole). He speaks enthusiastically on the
telephone about things he does and always returns confidently after home
visits. I can tell that he relates well to the staff and feel that he is
very well supervised by them. He is treated with respect, kindness, good
humour and firmness where necessary. He is encouraged to participate in
many activities and always has one-to-one support to do them. I have
been extremely impressed by the way much time has been spent by the
staff in helping my son to cope with the recent death of his father.
Whenever I, or another family member, contact Oakley House to speak to
our son, staff are always very friendly and helpful and any matters
which may have arisen and need to be addressed are always dealt with.
