I would just like to thank all the staff at Felbury House for the excellent care they gave to my sister during her stay. The support they gave her was really terrific - always done with compassion and understanding and a sense of humour. They were also very welcoming on my visits and kept us all fully up to date with events being laid on for the residents.

My mum stayed at Felbury House for a few months' recuperation after a hospital stay. I really can't fault anything about her stay. Felbury is in a lovely location in the Surrey Hills, the home is tidy and welcoming with good communal facilities for the residents. The staff were kind and patient, the food always seemed good, and the managers were always responsive via email and phone whenever I needed to get in touch. I'm pleased to say mum's ready to go home now but Felbury will be top of the list if she ever needs care in the future.

I have been extremely happy with the care and support provided to my mother over the past three years. Felbury House operates very much as a family and my mother is content and safe, she feels comfortable and loved by all the staff. The communication between myself and Felbury is excellent and any concerns are quickly dealt with.

Felbury House Residential Care Home really feels like home from home, and the food always smells amazing! The staff are so approachable and it's easy to quickly build relationships with them which is so important as I feel relaxed when I visit and also know that I can ask them anything. The entertainment programme is extensive and I know there are plenty of diverse activities for my nan to get involved in from boxercise to art classes! In the summer, they organised a Mexican themed party and it was so much fun! From sombreros, margaritas, tacos and even a three piece mariachi band! Everyone was invited and welcome and we laughter and sang our hearts out. We have made so many good memories already and the whole family are so grateful for everything the Felbury team do to make my nans life happier, safer and more enriched.

When we took mum into Felbury House Residential Care Home in March this year, she was very frail, within a week she had already put on a little weight and was looking much better. The staff are so caring to both mum and us as the family, nothing is too much trouble. The home is very clean, the doctor comes in weekly, optician as needed. Lots of activities and trips. Really pleased we were able to get mum into such a lovely care home.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Felbury House since March 2024. Her care has been excellent, with regard to her medication regime, nutrition and social needs. The home is always presented very well, the staff are professional but also very friendly and caring at the same time. Social gatherings and outings are a regular feature for residents.

My mum who had been in her own home with carers and myself was becoming more unable to cope. Felbury House was a lifesaver for both Mum and us. The carers are a wonderful bunch of people who are attentive, compassionate and caring. Felbury is like home from home with home-cooked food, bed and room made and tidied each day, someone there to attend to any needs that arise and a GP visit each week if needed, giving peace of mind for us as a family knowing Mum is safe.

The experience at Felbury that my grandmother has had has been wonderful. There is always some kind of activity and entertainment going on for the residents which always seems to be enjoyed by both residents and staff. The staff have been amazing and nothing is too much for them. It is a great comfort for the whole family knowing that my grandmother is well looked after and happy.

My mother, who passed away in mid-February 2024 aged 101, spent her last 18 months at Felbury House and benefitted from security, comfort and companionship and probably the happiest months of her later life. My brother and I also benefitted from her transition to a care home especially a small one where she wouldn't be overwhelmed and where staff were always so professional and caring, particularly in Mum's last days, and so welcoming to us as visitors. Given her age, mobility and vulnerability, Mum had a private, ground floor room adjacent to the management team's office and within easy walking distance of the dining room and lounge area. Her room was always kept clean, well well-heated and provided everything she needed and the catering team quickly understood and met Mum's dietary preferences. Felbury House has a calendar of on-and-off-site activities to meet all tastes and haircare and footcare appointments are regularly available. A great care home in a lovely, country setting.

My Dad was very happy at Felbury House, it’s a cosy and comfortable home and the residents are very well looked after. The staff are wonderful, so caring and attentive and a credit to the home. I would recommend Felbury House to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.

My stepfather was initially very reluctant to be moved into a care home but luckily found himself at Felbury where he was extremely well cared for. Lovely people, great location and much more personal than many other care options. I'm so glad we found Felbury and can't thank them enough for making his last year of life a happy one.

We want to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful care that Felbury House Residential Care Home provided to our mum during her stay between June 2022 and July 2023, the team provided exceptional care and support. From the moment we first visited Felbury House, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Throughout Mum's stay, she was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and she was attended to with care and compassion. Knowing that she was in such capable and caring hands brought us peace of mind during a difficult period in our lives. We were impressed by the level of communication and transparency that the team provided. We were kept informed about Mum's care plan and any changes that were made and we felt confident that she was in good hands at all times. Overall, we cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care they provided to Mum and would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent care home. I came in for one week of respite care to see what the care home is really like. Excellent carers, food, outings, entertainment etc. I rate it 9.9/10.

My mother has just spent 18 months in this lovely home. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. The rooms are lovely as are the communal areas and garden. The biggest attribute of this home are the staff both management and carers. They are a truly lovely group of caring, kind and compassionate people who looked after our mum with such dedication and show much love. The food given to residents is all home cooked and the dining experience is excellent. The residents are always kept entertained with daily activities and often trips out. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely home.

My brother was in Felbury House for six years and would have remained if his health had not deteriorated. Felbury is comfortable, home-from-home, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My brother, bless him, is not the easiest of people to deal with, but everyone at Felbury was patient and understanding of his needs.

Thank you to all the staff at Felbury for their care, support and patience during mum's time at Felbury. We were so impressed with the care given. Mum is now settling in to her new Nursing Home. We would highly recommend Felbury House for comfortable, secure and happy home-from-home care. You have all been marvellous - thank you so much.

My mother has Lewy Bodies Dementia and has been a resident of Felbury House since January 2022. She has settled in well and is extremely well looked after by the management and staff. She loves company and has enjoyed making friends with residents and carers. Felbury staff are all very professional and kind. She has some favourites but I won’t reveal their identities! Felbury House is very different to most other homes I’ve visited; firstly the Surrey Hills location is stunning and secondly there is a genuine family feeling to the place. Whilst it’s not 100% perfect it’s not a bad place to live when you need constant care and supervision.

Felbury House Residential Care Home has made such a difference in our lives. My mother is safe and happy, and I don’t worry anymore. It’s a lovely home, just the right size, so the carers know all the residents and their families. I have great admiration for everyone working at Felbury House. They are always cheerful and call both my mother and I by name, tell me any news or funny thing that happened. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and friendly care home for a loved one.

Summer BBQ with residents and families, Mum's first BBQ at Felbury House Residential Care Home, all the staff put on a brilliant afternoon for the residents, plenty of excellent food. The staff worked really hard in the heat, and it went down really well. It was nice to meet the families of other residents as we are all in the same situation. Special thanks as well for all the outings arranged by Felbury House, and Mum really looks forward to them and having time outside.
