Our thanks go to the staff at Lime Tree Court, whose amazing care, compassion, love and laughter made the resident's time there so special. A real "home from home". These women cared for the resident so very well and met her changing needs, professionally and compassionately right to the end. Their support of us as a family is truly appreciated, we've laughed together, cried together and gone through every emotion during our time together. Ladies, we thank you and we salute you!

Mom went into Lime Tree Court for respite last year and stayed, she is now a resident, the care staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Residents and family are treated with the utmost respect.

This place is outstanding. Staff are so professional, handover and record keeping are timely and detailed; it is obvious there are effective communication channels between all staff and management. After a horrendous experience at another local home, we have been completely bowled over by the contrast in care and compassion. Our father only recently went into care in quite difficult circumstances and staff have not only looked after him but have embraced the whole family, supporting my brother and myself and advising us as we try to manage the situation from locations at opposite ends of the country. Staff have been so kind to my elderly mother on visits, helping her to rebuild her life without my father in the family home. You can feel the warmth and love as you enter the home through the little details that make a difference to residents and family members who visit. We cannot recommend Lime Tree Court enough.

I am really pleased with the care my aunty receives at Limetree, it's a wonderful place. Staff are friendly approachable and keep you up to date with her wellbeing. The environment is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The activities enable her to live her best life. Just because you get old doesn't mean they stop having fun. To be honest, as a family, we have used Limetree before when it first opened, my mother was in there. It was great then, she loved her life there. That's why we have used it again. I would advise anyone to use Limetree. You can rest assured your loved one will be safe and cared for.

I have always been amazed at the love and care shown to the residents. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The connection with the relatives is also terrific. The messaging keeps us so well informed of all that is going on. Lime Tree Court is one in a million and I couldn't wish my mother to be anywhere else.

Mom was at Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home for respite, she benefited from a much larger room, her own bathroom, great meals, assistance showering, amazing and caring staff and lots of activities/opportunities to socialise. Mom has been encouraged to walk more, to get involved and to socialise. We have no doubt that if we require respite in the future this will be our first choice. While mom has been at Lime Tree Court we've all been confident and comfortable in moms care,

Always listen to anything I say regarding Dad. Always helpful as well, keeps me informed about anything to do with Dad. Encourages Dad to participate/eat etc. I'm glad Dad is here as he enjoys it.

I am very pleased with the care Mom is receiving at Lime Tree, she went in at first for respite but is now a full-time resident. The staff are great and it's like a family, very good atmosphere and Mom is very settled, well done to all the staff and management. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend Lime Tree, it's very welcoming and I have looked around a lot of homes, this is excellent.

We are really happy with the way the staff treat Mom at Lime Tree Court, staff are always friendly and happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well-maintained and all residents seem happy and well presented.

I can honesty say that my auntie had been in Lime Tree Care Home for the last 6 months and has had the best care she could have ever wished for the staff from the careers cooks cleaners even the women in reception were amazing she never needed anything we were always made welcome and for the activities what they do they really do go out of there way to decorating there home and always get all the residents involved I really can't thank them enough for the care they gave her until she sadly passed away on the 12th of October so I would just like to say a massive thanks to everyone at lime tree care home they are the best and thanks once again for everything you did.

My mom has been a resident for just over two years. She is very happy and constantly says "They are good here, I like it". They meet her needs. The staff are very caring. I've seen a remarkable difference since the manager has taken over, she has come up with social media messenger groups for various groups. I think the activities coordinator is amazing at entertaining the residents, she is constantly looking to do events for the residents indoors and outdoors. They do topical events, the Olympics, and Halloween too many to list. From the safari park to the local pub. The staff recognise if there is a problem and act upon it. We personally had an incontinence issue which was resolved perfectly without any inconvenience to Mom.

The care that we experienced for our relative was outstanding, and we felt that we were always included as valued partners in the care that was delivered and communication was excellent with us at every stage. The kindness, care and consideration extended to us by the home was consistent, and we really appreciated all the support over the years. Every member of staff always went the extra mile, and my mother-in-law flourished there and was happy because of the care at the home.

My husband was always treated with dignity, love and compassion. He was always left clean, warm, safe, stimulated and comfortable and when he was very ill had the very best of care from all staff. As a family, we were always involved, informed and always welcomed and it was greatly appreciated and in my husband's last hours were treated with the utmost care and compassion. I can't praise the staff enough, they were all wonderful.

My mom was a resident at lime tree for a little over two years, up to when she passed peacefully away in May 2024. During that time, the staff have become firm family friends. Since she moved in Mom has been treated with care, kindness and love. The carers work so well together and their teamwork and pride in their roles are what makes this home so special. In her final days the love shown to my mom by the carers and other members of staff was such a huge comfort to us, knowing how much love they had for her and how much they cared for her. We could see how much she loved the carers too. We feel so lucky to have chosen Lime Tree to look after her 2 years ago and would recommend the home to anyone.

My dad had a lovely short stay at Lime Tree Court. The facilities are very good and the home is kept very clean. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a care home.

Some lovely carers who never stop and always do so with a smile. The home is always clean and welcoming. Management and staff are always approachable. Another mention- the hairdresser always does a good job!

My father is stopping at Lime Tree Court to allow my mother some respite. The premises are very clean and tidy. His room is spacious with excellent en-suite facilities. Every member of the team I have spoken to has been compassionate, understanding and very helpful. They spend time with Dad and look after him, as if he was one of their own. The team are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and welcoming when we visit. Dad is very happy there. Service is exceptional. We made the right choice.

Moving Mum into a care home was always going to be a difficult decision, but finding Lime Tree Court was a blessing - near to friends. The staff were very kind and welcoming, concerned Mum should settle in. Doing their part made Mum feel content. Whenever we say how are you, Mum says, "I'm warm, very well looked after, so we can't ask for more! For 98, that's good. Thank you.

All staff at Lime Tree Court deliver excellent care/support and show dignity/respect at all times, housekeeping is excellent, all communal areas and rooms are cleaned daily, activities are ongoing on a daily basis and family and friends are able to join in with residents, management are approachable and make you welcome and always on-site for a chat. Overall Lime Tree is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home and I could not wish for a nicer care home for my family member.
