I have now been here for 12 months, I cannot recommend the staff highly enough. Almost without exception, they are kind, caring and friendly. They will go to any length to make residents feel happy and comfortable. They have become our valued friends. When I came to view the home, I was impressed by the way we were greeted by everyone we met as we looked around. My first impression proved correct.

We had such a warm friendly welcome when we went to visit Hallmark Bucklesham Grange. We were looking for a Dementia Care home for my 94 year old uncle and within no time at all we could tell that it was perfect. The kind of feeling you get when you're looking for a new house and just know "this is the one". The facilities and the way it has been decorated oozes luxury but above all the feeling that the staff really care gave me the peace of mind that making this choice for my uncle was the right thing to do. The General Manager came to say hello while the Customer Relationship Manager gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. Every member of staff we passed said Hello! It was wonderful to see the Dementia residents engaged in every area we visited supported by the staff. What a great place!

Amazing care home, staff are amazing, everything you could wish for. Way ahead of any other home we looked at. I feel happy when I arrive and happy when I leave pure luxury. What my parents deserve. Management and all the staff team are so friendly and it is a real Family. Thank you. PS. I don't feel worried when I leave as I know my parents are in good hands, and meals, care, cleanliness, and entertainment, that I love to join in if I am there, supportive. Wonderful Staff, always happy with a big smile.

This does not feel like a care home. It is so friendly and a pleasure to visit. It is expensive but you can see the difference in this home and others. Sometimes the meals are not 100% but you only have to mention and you feel assured it will be put right. To me, it feels like a cruise on land. Staff are like friends and it's nice to see staff are appreciated and residents are respected. The whole surroundings of the property are so homely and a big thing with no smell. Thank you all.

Exemplary care, devotion and love for my 89-year-old father who went to Bucklesham Grange with complex health needs for the last 6 weeks of his life. The attention to Dad's needs was wonderful and to the family reassuring and comforting. After looking after Dad in my own family home for 4 years to find somewhere that cared for him so completely was such a relief. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They treated dad with dignity at a very difficult time whilst engaging with him and smiling with him to the end. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to them all.

Dad has been at Bucklesham Grange since February and we have all been so impressed by the brilliant care he has received, the staff are all wonderful, so kind, thoughtful and considerate to Dad, as well as to Mum who visits him frequently, they have helped and supported her so much. The home itself has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, he has a homely and beautifully kept room, pretty and relaxing gardens he enjoys spending time in, a wonderful timetable of activities and a delicious menu of food. We all feel so grateful that Dad is in such caring hands, thank you to you all for all that you do for him.

My mother was struggling with early signs of dementia in 2019 and finding living at home increasingly diffult. After another health episode it was agreed it was in her best interests to move to a care home. I visited Bucklesham Grange, was very impressed and decided it was the best place available in the area. The home itself is modern, clean and welcoming. The standard of care given to my mother during her almost 5 years there has been nothing less than exceptional. They seem to treat residents with care and provide the emotional support that is desperately needed. They are always looking at making my mother's life better and I've little doubt that their care and attention to detail has extended her life. They have a dedicated dementia care manager who keeps in touch with me and has suggested several ideas that have helped my mother enormously. Moving a loved one to a care home is a huge decision but the team at Bucklesham Grange make that decision a lot easier.

Dad is very well cared for and is treated with immense kindness and respect. Hallmark Bucklesham Grange is very welcoming and homely - the gardens are lovely, the decoration pleasant and the staff wonderful - whether carers, reception team or maintenance.

Very disappointing, dad did not receive the care he was expecting. His shower did not work for the duration of his stay. The curtains were hanging off and even though reported it took over a week and a further complaint for them to be put right. Dad fell in the bathroom and waited 28 minutes for someone to help him.

Absolutely the best place I could’ve found. They are amazing. The best care for my loved one. My wife has dementia and doesn’t speak much anymore and they have gone above and beyond to make sure she is still heard.

What a wonderful care home is Bucklesham Grange Care Home. Not only do they love and look after my husband, but they love and look after the family as well. I really don't know what to do without them all. They certainly make our lives worth living.

My mum moved into Bucklesham Grange Care Home in January and sadly passed away in May. Mum's care throughout this time was fantastic and they couldn't have done more for her. All of the staff were caring, considerate and always happy to talk about our concerns. I'd like to thank everybody from the bottom of my heart and I cannot recommend Bucklesham Grange highly enough.

Wonderful residential home. Could not ask for anything better. The welcome given to my mother-in-law was out of this world and broke any barriers she had about living here. Wonderful and caring staff all around. Cannot recommend this care home highly enough.

This place is absolutely fabulous. The staff cannot do enough for my mum. She is from the war generation and has said many times that she would not go into a care home. She hasn't because this place is not like any care home I have experienced, it's more of a family-run hotel. Absolutely brilliant. My mum looks so well and so happy. We are delighted.

We were looking for a safe and friendly new home for my mother. She has now been here at Bucklesham Grange for about a month and we have seen her settle in and feel safe and well looked after. A place can only ever be as good as the staff - the staff at Bucklesham Grange are outstanding - they care, they make time for my mum and they really treat her like royalty. She is loved here and we could not ask for more. As well as that, the food and facilities are outstanding. I can only wish that I live in a place like this for my final days.

Excellent facilities, caring staff who make every effort to ensure the resident has a lovely time. The reason we chose Bucklesham Grange for our mother's stay was it offered above and beyond all we could wish for. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Bucklesham Grange Care Home is a fabulous, first-class place for respite or full-time care. All the staff, from management to carers, kitchen and domestic, are all superb, kind and very attentive. The Grange is spotless and would recommend to anyone looking for care for loved ones.

Wonderful, personal care and friendly, family feel. Medications and appointments dealt with very well. Residents all seem very happy and comfortable. A really warm welcome when you visit and always happy to help with any issues.
