View Full Details of Bowbridge CourtI am always bowled over by the cleanliness and warm feeling in Bowbridge Court. The staff are caring, friendly and kind. They have the patience and thought to take each resident and their individual needs to heart. My mum has been at Bowbridge Court now for 6 months and she and her family couldn't be happier. To the manager and all the team - thank you for all that you do.
This was a difficult time, of illness, anxiety and unwanted change. All of the staff, but particularly those in senior roles, were exemplary. Not only did they treat you as an individual, they treated you with such professionalism, sensitivity and with humour, it felt like home from home - yet you felt safe and in the knowledge medical needs were met. Great communication with friends and relatives. Heartfelt thanks.
My mum has been a resident for over seven years and, in all that time, we have never had any concerns relative to her well-being and the care she has been given. The staff are wonderfully attentive and have, obviously, learned her likes and dislikes and the best way to treat her and try to put a smile on her face.
My Mother ages 90 had a recent fall and could no longer look after herself. We visited 5 care homes in the local area and this was by far the best. The staff were amazing from start to finish - it was faultless. My Mother is now settled and is very happy. The food, care, and friendliness have made a difficult transition so much easier. Thank you.
My friend lives alone in a small village. She underwent a replacement knee operation. Therefore, chose to recuperate a little before going home. She was well supported by staff and the room had everything she needed.
Helpful two-week stay made me appreciate that whilst supportive and lovely staff, I'm not quite ready for a care home yet! Enjoyed the activities.
Bowbridge Court has provided excellent care not just for my wife but also for the rest of her family at a time which might otherwise have proved daunting and very upsetting for us all. All of our questions and special requests have been addressed in such a way that my wife's unease has been minimised.
My mother-in-law has blossomed since being here at Bowbridge Court, and we are now looking to get her health problems back on track.
We have total confidence in the staff at Bowbridge Court to care for Mum in the best, most compassionate and professional way that's possible. Her needs and wants are always addressed as far as possible and with consideration and concern for her personal dignity. It seems as though the staff here are both dedicated and happy in their work, and this shows in the way they interact with Mum - exactly as we would wish.
Picked the right care home - didn't need to shop around.
A very friendly caring home. Welcoming staff, my friend is well looked after in a very nice environment. Food is very good. She always seems happy.
Excellent service and care of my mum. Responding well to change in Mum's needs. Lovely, friendly staff. Only slight issues with cleanliness around Muim's chair and the often messy state of her wardrobe.
I recently spent three weeks at Bowbridge Court after a hip replacement operation. Everyone was so kind and encouraging that it helped my recovery enormously. The place was spotlessly clean, the food was excellent and the staff helped to make residents feel part of one big family, whilst caring for them as individuals. The care I received was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Bowbridge Court.
My dad needed emergency respite so I contacted Bowbridge Court, their management went above and beyond to visit him in the hospital and get him into the home as quickly as possible (within 36 hours!). After only a couple of days, my dad looked well and healthy again. Their management assisted in all aspects of helping us as a family to get assessments and GP info when no one else would help! Their staff were so kind, attentive, and patient and looked after my dad amazingly well, all our questions were answered and my dad left after two weeks in their care looking like a new man. I can't recommend the care home, Bowbridge Court, Newark enough and if a time comes that my dad needs full-time care Bowbridge Court would be the care home I'd want to take him, they were amazing, 5-star review!
Mum moved into Bowbridge Court Care Home four years ago. She quickly settled and always felt safe and well cared for by all carers and staff. Mum's passing away at the age of 102 years was eased for us, her family, by the wonderful care, love and support we received from every member of the care home. Our heartfelt thanks to you all.
We arranged a musical 'soiree'. For the first contact, the response was always positive - yes we can do that, and that, and even that! All of the staff have been exceptionally helpful. Thank you.
This care home is clean and well-lit, with several pleasant rooms for activities, one of which opened to the gardens. A cheerful place where residents help as members of a gardening club. The staff are cheerful, helpful, hardworking and above all, caring.
I visited my grandma at Bowbridge Court yesterday, it was actually her 91st Birthday. My son and I both felt Grandma was being very well cared for. It was clear to see that all the staff care about the residents, treat them respectfully and ensure they are happy. We were particularly impressed with the lovely garden room, cinema room and relaxing outdoor area. Finally how kind to bake Grandma a Birthday cake - thank you!
The food, service and presentation are excellent. Tables are ready, laid and spotlessly clean. Varied choice of food. The staff are willing to comply with requests.
Initially very impressed - this continued as I saw more of the premises. Could not provide all ratings as did not experience these.
