My lovely mum has only been a resident for a short time at Pemberley. She moved in this October. We have felt nothing but supported and guided through the whole process of moving Mum into Pemberley. From the first time that my husband and I visited on my mum's behalf, the care services manager and all of the rest of the staff made us very welcome and were able to answer professionally and sensitively any queries and questions that we had. The whole team in Pemberley were meticulous with the paperwork noting Mum's needs and her preferences from her health records, to the way in which she likes to live, her interests and what makes her happy. All of this has helped Mum to move into her beautiful room seamlessly, and daily, we are so grateful to the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make sure that Mum is not only happy and comfortable but thriving in her new home. The level of care and love and attention Mum continues to receive is something we are extremely thankful for.

My mum has only been a resident for a short time at Pemberley House, but she has settled in very well and is happy and content. The staff are so kind and caring, Mum loves them all. I live in Coventry, so I'm unable to visit as much as I'd like, but I'm really impressed with what I've seen. My sister visits Mum very regularly and speaks really highly of them. Keep up the fantastic work you do, it's much appreciated.

Pemberley House has proved a good choice. Rooms, cleanliness, food, and care are excellent. Activities are provided weekly and the carer and organiser of these are very good and committed, she makes sure residents are enjoying experiences and ensures everyone is involved. Management is helpful and personable.

The customer service manager and her team supported my mum and I to celebrate her granddaughter's wedding via video link. They decorated the main lounge and made available cakes and beverages to create a fun and festive atmosphere for Mum and the other residents, who all sat around the TV watching the ceremony. So very heartwarming to hear the others talk and reflect about their own wedding experiences from years bygone. The staff are a credit to the service and it's reflected in their commitment, sensitivity and compassion. Thank you for making it such a memorable day for all.

We have been very pleased with the care provided by Pemberley House Care Home since my father-in-law took up residence in June 2022. The staff and carers are all very polite, helpful and caring. There is a very good, happy atmosphere in the home with many activities arranged for the residents taking into account their various care needs. My father-in-law enjoys the food which has really improved over the last six months, having taken on a new chef. There are regular resident meetings where residents can raise any concerns or make requests. Also regular relatives meetings. Any health issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and the carers check on my father-in-law every hour throughout the day and night. Everyone, from the care home manager, customer service manager, reception staff, carers, to housekeeping and maintenance, are all very welcoming, polite and cheerful. They all do an amazing job.

My father has been a resident at Pemberley for the past 5 years. The level of care and support he receives from all the staff is just wonderful. The management team are very approachable and are always willing to listen to feedback and quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

After a lot of discussions, we decided that we have to have more care for Nan/Mum. She has mixed dementia and requires assistance with self-care. It has been a really rocky road, but the whole team have been incredible. They are incredibly supportive of us, as a family, with a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen to. You can see how much the whole team really care for Nan/Mum, and how much they want to provide a gold standard of care for all the residents. Nothing is too much for them, and we are very grateful for all their support.

Generally the care is good. Communication sometimes is not as good as it could be which can result in issues arising.

My dad moved into Pemberley House early December 2023, the staff have been amazing, professional and so caring. They have helped and supported me through my dad's move into the home. They go the extra mile. The staff are always so friendly and happy to help. They always find the time to listen to you. My dad is the happiest he has been in a long time and is always saying the staff are great and he is happy that he is at Pemberley.

I was totally blown away by the serenity and friendliness of Pemberley House. It was inviting and gave you an aura of being in a safe and secure place. Each door opened led you to an “Aladdin’s Cave” filled with happiness oozing from all those who lived and worked there. This was where I wanted my 93-year-old mother to end her circle of life. Indeed I would want to make my reservation now to confirm my place here for when I need it. Mum has been so settled here despite being a challenge to those who have been caring for her. The team caring for her have delivered her care with patience and professionalism worthy of recognition. The mantra to acknowledge each resident as an individual has clearly demonstrated the core values of what is Pemberley House. I am a practising registered nurse myself and I am coming up to my 49th year on the Register. I salute the services you are delivering to those who are vulnerable and totally dependent on you. Respect.

Having visited my uncle recently at Pemberley, I am so pleased he now lives there. I was greeted warmly, at reception and shown to my uncle's room. The room was spacious, clean and bright and he had decorated it with pictures, ornaments and small pieces of furniture. He also had taken many of his books in with him in his own bookcase. The room had a fabulous en-suite wet room too. Uncle was enjoying the food and introduced me to some of the carers and residents. He says he's happy to be at Pemberley. Next time I visit, I'm going to bring my dog, as my uncle always enjoyed seeing him. Dogs are allowed to visit!

Mum has a beautiful room. The meals are lovely. Compliments to the chef. The bathroom is spacious. There are lots of activities. Mum enjoyed the Panto Dame! And took part in ringing the bell. Mum is slowly settling in. Pemberley House is a lovely place. The managers are professional and compassionate, as are all the staff. Thank you so much. And the coffee’s good, thanks.

My dad has been in his new home at Pemberley for a month. I can't thank everyone enough. I have now got my life back & can be a daughter to my dad, again as well as my dad getting his life back, too. I feel Dad is being loved & looked after by an incredibly, kind & professional team. As soon as my dad arrived everyone made Dad so welcome. Dad's room is spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy & everything my dad wants, which isn't much to be fair, but what my dad does want is important to him & the team fully understood, respected & accommodated these needs, immediately. Dad now gets up every day, is clean, happy & has all of the lovely food he wants as well as is cosy in his lovely big chair, in his room, whilst watching his TV. Haven't seen Dad look this well in years! Sadly, Dad is no longer one for being overly sociable, however, the team will always ask Dad whether he would like to take part in all the great activities/events that are always available. Thanks for all you do.

My mother recently moved into Pemberley House. The customer service manager and her team gave us a lot of help with the move and made it as smooth as possible. My mum has settled in nicely and is very comfortable there. Her room is beautifully furnished, the food is delicious, and the staff members looking after her are patient, kind, friendly and lovely. There are also interesting activities at the home to occupy my mum, and they are run by a great team. Pemberley House Care Home is an excellent place.

My parents-in-law were admitted to Pemberley House Care Home in March 2023. The management and staff at Pemberley could not have been more attentive and welcoming, even to the point of travelling to our home 100 miles away to interview and assess my parent's-in-law. Their treatment and care since admission have been exemplary and exceptional, with all possible steps being taken both in respect of their pastoral needs and their separate medical requirements. The accommodation, facilities and food are all of very high standards, and they have been treated with kindness, care, dignity and professional expertise by all the team at Pemberley. My wife and I are delighted, highly impressed and very grateful.

My gran has recently moved in and the transition process was super smooth and the staff have been amazing. The Manager is so kind and helpful Gran felt at ease and the Customer Service Manager has been amazingly helpful with all the admin and arrangement of moving. The carers are some of the kindest I've ever met, it truly is a lovely place. Very happy we chose this for granma.

The staff are amazingly helpful and caring. The home is kept in a very clean state. The lady I see is a hairdressing client of mine who has just moved in she loves it.
