Home always kept spotless staff very good attentive when possible. Rooms very good facilities. Cleaners always working very hard to keep up standards. Maybe suggest swipe card entry system at front door so staff not running about letting people in all the time.

When visiting we are always welcomed. Mum is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always willing to discuss any concerns.

Bradley Hall is more than just a home it's a family. The staff and residents are not just people, they have become friends and family. Mum is cared for and treated with the respect and dignity she deserves. Knowing Mum is safe and cared for allows us to continue to feel comfort in the fact that her moved to Bradley Hall was the right decision.

All staff have been excellent since Mum arrived in September and her health and frame of mind has improved 100%. That all credit to the team at Bradley Hall. Thank you all so much.

Bradley Hall is amazing, the staff are so considerate and caring. My mum is happy and well looked after. I would highly recommend Bradley Hall if you are looking to place a loved one in care.

My mum is well looked after at Bradley Hall. The staff are caring and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them. Bradley Hall is a lovely, spacious care home, it has lots of activities for the residents to do. It's like home from home.

December has been a good month with all the different activities and schools visiting which the residents have really enjoyed. The home is decorated well with all the decorations. All visitors have been warmly welcomed to various events.

Mum moving into a home was the last thing my sister and I wanted but eventually we were not able to care for her ourselves. Bradley Hall has turned out to be a wonderful choice. Mum is treated with care and love, the staff are kind and treat her with dignity. As mum's health deteriorates we are kept fully informed. As we visit at least four times a week we have found the staff friendly and caring.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law are both staying in Bradley Hall Care Home. All of the staff are so caring and always keep us informed with regards to any concerns with regards to our parents. Home-from-home experience at all times. They are all a credit to the care sector.

I have nothing but praise for Bradley Hall. It is a very happy, nurturing environment where all the staff are friendly and caring. Our family feel very happy that our mum is being looked after very well. Thank you to all the truly dedicated staff!

When Mum came to look around she really didn't like the idea of homes but when we came to look the manager was so lovely and invited us to a New Years party she made my mum's day and she made my mum change her mind about homes. There is so much to do here. Mum was always busy working and was a volunteer for years and they let her wash up and help.

The home is a lovely, friendly place. All the staff are very caring. All the residents get on well too. There's always things going on to keep them motivated. We are very pleased with how they have looked after Mum and, continue to for the near future.

The home and staff have enabled Mum to live a safe fulfilling life. Mum has seen many challenges over the last year but with the support of everyone at Bradley Hall, she has come through these and continues to thrive. Everyone at Bradley Hall has become a part of our family and has supported us through difficult periods. We continue to make cherished memories as we did with our Dad who was also a resident until his passing in January 2024.
