View Full Details of Madison Court Care HomeMum moved into Maddison Court for respite. The staff were amazing. Professional, friendly and helpful especially when it was a stressful time for both mum and the family. Mum is now a full time resident and the care given is excellent. The activities team cover all kinds of activities. The carers especially a specific member of staff are amazing and we feel relaxed and happy leaving mum in their care
A really well run home, very clean. Staff are always helpful. Lots of activities for residents to join in with. my mother in law always says she is happy here and the staff are lovely. We are very happy as a family that she is safe and well. I always recommend this home to other friends and my colleagues.
I highly recommend Madison Court. I find there is a welcoming friendly atmosphere throughout the home for both residents and their families. Mum has lived at Madison Court for over two years and is comfortable, settled and content. I am extremely pleased with how Mum is looked after by the caring, professional and attentive staff. I am contacted if any health issues arise and these are dealt with straightaway. The residents are actively encouraged to participate in the wide range of activities and entertainment, and looking at the photos and videos posted of the frequent parties and assorted entertainment, have great fun doing so. I believe Madison Court to be a happy, very caring home and a good place to live.
The staff really care for the residents and treat them like family. Both of my parents have been cared for at Madison Court over a couple of years now and everytime I visit I can see they are all well looked after. This gives me great peace of mind to know.
My mum and I visited a friend in the care home and were very surprised at how nice the home is. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the home itself is very clean and tidy, my friend is well looked after and very happy there.
It was a difficult and emotional time moving Mum from her residential home into nursing care and trying to find the right place. It's fair to say that moving to Madison Court was the right decision though. Mum is receiving quality, personalised care from dedicated staff. She settled in straight away and always seems happy and relaxed which she hadn't previously.
My father-in-law recently transferred here from home. The transition was particularly emotional for him and us. I can honestly say that the staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth transition. They were so understanding, kind and caring to us all and made us feel like part of the Madison Court family. We are so happy with all aspects of the home and my father-in-law is so settled and thinks it is his home! This is such a comfort to us. Thank you everyone at Madison Court.
I simply can't praise Madison Court enough. The care, service and support is just fantastic. My mum moved in during the pandemic and right from the start we had superior help and support, e.g. providing a video tour, organising mum's COVID test and providing a taxi for her. Over the last 3 and a half years, until she passed away, the staff were so kind and patient with Mum - who could be fiesty at times! - and very supportive of us. Everyone I spoke to during my visits was lovely: not just the nurses and carers, but the administrator, laundry ladies, managers...everyone! Madison Court provides entertainment and activities for residents, and it was wonderful to see Mum singing along with guest musicians via an active online group which is run by staff. I don't live near St. Helens so this was a valuable way of keeping in touch. It's traumatic accepting that a loved one needs to be in a nursing home but, thanks to the team at the home, I never doubted for a second that we made the right decision.
Excellent service in every aspect. Madison Court treated Dad for all of his health requirements with utmost professionalism. Maybe even more importantly they treated him as him right to the end. The level of care and respect from all teams, medical care, cleaners, cooks, laundry, reception, and grounds people, was exceptional. This team took the time to care for us alongside Dad. No praise is high enough.
My husband's 'end-of-life' experience at Madison Court was made so much easier by the exemplary attention given to his many health issues and dementia by 'without exception' the management, nurses, carers, cleaning, laundry, catering and maintenance. We had a longer chance of 'goodbye' as a result. Appreciation.
Dad has lived at Madison Court Care Home since 17th October 2022. The care he has received has been wonderful. The staff on Rylands and Tudor are very caring and treat all the residents like how they would like their relatives to be treated. They are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much for them. They really do care very much not only for the residents but for their families also. For me if you've got the right staff then it's like winning the lottery as you are trusting them with your loved ones. It is very clean, food is very nutritious, they do plenty of activities, have singers in to entertain you. I must also mention the cleaners and the housekeeping staff, catering staff, activities staff, management team who run a tight ship, as they work so hard in the background. I would choose Madison again as they all work together as a fantastic team, well done to each and every one of you.
My mother was a resident in a local Care Home but following a stay in hospital, it was decided that she needed nursing care. Following research and recommendations she became a resident at Madison Court. She has been treated with kindness and respect and has settled in well. Without exception, everyone has been welcoming and supportive to both her and the family. The management and each member of Staff provide care and attention to a high standard in a warm, safe and homely environment. It is reassuring for me to know that my mother is being well looked after and is receiving the care that she requires.
Staff are cosy, laid back and understanding, listening to resident's and visitor’s requests. Homely feel, as staff do not wear uniforms, may this continue. Dad is new to the home only moving in March 2023 but he has settled in better than any of us had expected and that’s due to the comfortable environment and ongoing activities.
I can't say enough about Madison Court Care Home. All the staff treat the residents with such care and kindness. Every time we visit I am amazed how lovely they all are. I am so thankful that this care home was recommended to me for my sister. Many thanks to you all.
Madison Court Care Home is absolutely fantastic. The love and care shown to my nan in the almost four years she was a resident, was second to none. Moving my nan into a home was the hardest decision our family made and the most heartbreaking for us. Madison Court treated her like their family. They looked after and loved her as if she were their own. The home itself is a happy place, very clean, open and honest. What you see is what you get. My nan was very happy here and had a wonderful relationship with the staff on the Rylands Unit in particular. She developed strong bonds with staff and trusted them. They looked after her immensely during Covid, and their communication with families was great. Before my nan died, she considered Madison her home. When we were out, she would tell us that she was ready for home - she meant Madison. We cannot thank them enough for the love and care they gave her and the support throughout to us.
The experience I and my husband have of Madison Court can only be described as excellent. Knowing he is so well cared for and his needs are being so well met gives me great peace of mind. An example of the good care he received recently happened when he became unwell. My husband is unable to say if he has a problem or feels unwell. It is the staff through observation who do this from the carer who helped him in the morning and throughout the day. The staff recognised there was a problem. The nurse on duty when I visited informed me of their concerns and by the evening the doctor had been called. My husband had an infection or was prescribed antibiotics. I felt this was how good care worked.
Both my parents are in this care home in nursing care. They are cared for, looked after just like I would. Their needs are met immediately. Nothing is left to chance. They are treated with dignity at all times. We as a family are always updated on any issues. Requests for my parent's needs i.e. toiletries, extra clothes are requested promptly. I cannot ask for anything better for my parents. This is an extremely traumatic time for me but with the support from the carers to my parents it's made much more bearable.
Highly trained, dedicated, caring staff delivering the best care possible. The palliative care delivered for my mum has been exemplary from all members of the team from home manager to carers, maintenance and domestic staff. A fabulous team. Care and consideration has been extended to my whole family and I. Thank you so much for easing the difficult journey we are on with our lovely mum.
It is almost two years since Madison Court became Mum's home. She is happy, settled and safe. When I visit I can now spend quality time with her knowing all her needs are being met. Staff are polite, friendly and always willing to answer any questions/queries. Mum is treated with dignity and respect and it is obvious staff really care. The home itself has a warm and friendly atmosphere and we are always made to feel welcome.
Everyone at Madison Court Care Home have been fantastic from the minute mum was moved into there. All the carers have been exceptional in the care they give, it was clear to see how happy mum was living at Madison court and she was more settled than ever before.
