I love living at Melba Lodge The residents are kind and the house is very clean the staff are very helpful and understand my needs.

All is fine since I came to Mela Lodge, the facilities are excellent I enjoy various activities and short walks.

Christmas here has been very good. I hope next year will be the same, it's been lovely to share a lot of good days at Christmas with the managers.

The food was marvellous on Christmas day and in plenty. Thank you to the manager for the lovely Christmas presents. We had a lot of Christmas activities to choose. We had a great Christmas.

I enjoy going for walks, I would like to go for walks more often. I am very quick and like to go swimming in the new year. The food was very tasty and enjoyed Christmas dinner. The staff are very understanding to me always.

Staff are lovely, my sister seems very happy and relaxed. Overall I'm very happy with my sister's care.

The holiday was brilliant. We had a brilliant meal, a leg of lamb. The staff and the manager are great.

Melba Lodge is a clean, friendly, well-kept property. Dad is very happy here, he eats well and has seemed very content.

My sister has been at Melba Lodge for many years, and she has shown so much improvement. She laughs, communicates well, her hygiene is 100%. Melba Lodge feels like a home, and not a clinical place. She has built friendships with the other residents and never once came to me with complaints of being ill-treated and she is not one to hold back if there was cause for concern! I am 100% happy with the care received from Melba Lodge.

It's a nice home with caring staff. I live like a king here. The staff treat me very well. Looking forward to the holiday in September.

The staff and management have told me how important it is to learn about coronavirus and how to take care. The staff are very kind and the food is lovely. I enjoyed going to the shop last Tuesday for shopping.

It is never boring here. There is something always going on. I like the culture here.

My daughter has been a resident of Melba Lodge for six and a half years and in that time she has progressed very well, particularly in her general attitude and personal hygiene.

It is very reassuring knowing my sister is in very good hands at Melba Lodge. I know she is being looked after and safe. The staff are great and my sister has settled in well in the short time she has been there.
