Lovely caring staff , very good communication eg illness, Excellent medical backup with Dr Clark GP Weekly and very thoroughl Weekly GP rounds. As I'm a retired GP etc I couldn't be happier. The care staff know your relative well. Very supportive of relatives worries too. Very good food too.

The staff are really caring and try hard each day to help residents. Room cleanliness (carpets mainly) could be improved as could keeping a track of residents' clothes and belongings. Aside from these issues, we are pleased with the level of care and support provided to our mother.

Mum seems very happy at Amberley Care Home. She is understood by the staff who in my opinion do an amazing job in caring for Mum's needs, day-to-day and long-term. Mum is always clean and dressed well, her room is clean and tidy. The staff are all very friendly and engaging when I visit Mum whatever their job role is within Amberley.

My mum is very well cared for here at the Amberley Care Home. She is always treated with dignity and respect. The staff are very patient with her when she is not cooperating with them. I have complete peace of mind knowing how well cared for she is. The staff at the Amberley are absolute angels, always so cheerful and loving towards all the residents. I always feel so welcome by everyone each time I visit Mum.

My partner is being cared for extremely well. The staff are kind and he is treated with respect at all times. I have no complaints about the care provided for him.

The care shown to Mum is consistently of a high standard. She is comfortable, well cared for and most importantly happy. The communication we receive from staff is always welcome and we are updated regularly on Mum's well-being and progress. As relatives/visitors we always feel at ease and that we are an integral part of the care process. All staff are warm, polite and professional. Thank you for everything that you do for our mum.

Mum has had several hospital inpatient episodes prior to December. We took our worries to staff and they took on board all our worries and have worked hard to address her fluid and nutrition challenges. Saw her today, what a transformation.

The best decision we have ever made. Mum has improved both physically and mentally, no longer living a lonely existence at her home. She is thriving and has an active social life, gained friends and is even gardening. The manager and care staff are exceptional. The home is decorated beautifully and we would highly recommend a move here.

My husband came to Amberley Care Home in April 2024. He loves it here, frequently expressing that he is very happy. Accommodation and staff are excellent with a wide range of activities and entertainment.

Mum became a resident in May 2024 and was well taken care of. We regularly visited and everyone from reception, carers, nurses and management were welcoming. Mum suffered a stroke in late October and returned to Amberley. The whole family were treated with respect and Mum with dignity. I can't thank the team enough for their care, it made so much difference to spend those last days together in private. Thank you.

My mum arrived after a long hospital stay. She is on the nursing floor, for the first time in months I have slept knowing my mum is safe, clean and cared for. Every member of staff has been incredible. Thanks for changing my mum's story.

My Dad has been a resident at the Amberley in Sale since July this year. In this time the care my Dad has received has been fantastic. All of the staff have treated him with the utmost care, consideration and understanding and go out of their way to ensure that he is very well looked after. I would like to thank everyone at the Amberley for doing what is a very testing and difficult job very well.

Frustrating when leaving the 3rd floor and constantly waiting for staff to escort you down because lift has not worked since my mother has been here, thus taking staff off the floor. Also weighing machine giving false reading of my mother's weight (serious). Overall, first-class home, extremely clean and well organised. First-class staff that are always helpful.

Not only did the staff guide my mother through a difficult settling-in period, but they helped me too. They made time to talk to me and support me whilst giving my mum the care and comfort she needed.

From walking into the reception area there is a lovely welcoming feeling. Amberley has far exceeded my expectations. All the staff are so friendly and the care my mum receives is excellent. As a family, we now have some peace in knowing that we have done the very best we can for Mum. Thank you to all at Amberley.
