The care home is very clean and modern with excellent facilities and a good range of activities for residents to get involved in. On occasion we have found there is a wait when the call buzzer is pressed, however, this is a reflection of how busy the home is.

The care that my dad received at Beaumont House was outstanding, the dignity respect and compassion and all the carers and staff did a fantastic job looking after dad. We felt comfortable whenever we left him knowing he was in safe hands. After visiting for the first time we knew it was the right place for our dad to be. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

Three points I would like to make: 1 - Sometimes I find he needs to be changed more often as I don't think he asks for the toilet and I know he spills a lot of food on his clothes. 2 - He is not one for joining in activities. I hope staff try to get him to communicate more. 3 - At weekends, there is no one to let you in and out. You have to wait for care staff to let you in. I know they must be busy.

Dad was warmly welcomed to Beaumont House, he is well cared for, warm, well fed and above all safe. We are able to visit at our convenience and are always welcomed by the admin and carers. Communication from the carers to the family is good. Plenty of activities for the residents cheerfully led by the team. The home and rooms are very clean, the cleaning staff work hard to maintain a lovely environment.

I have absolutely no complaints. The care I receive is brilliant, the staff are always willing to help and are also happy to help. My room is kept clean and comfortable and I am very grateful to be here. Thank you so much.

A very happy home, great staff and nurses. The care is very good. Access is difficult at times, but it's understandable. This relates to when the office staff have gone home. Highly recommend.

Overnight care is usually provided by staff whose first language is not English. This sometimes leads to confusion at best and poor service at times. Other than this, I believe that the service provided is excellent.

Beaumont House is lovely. I cannot speak for my whole family but the care and attention given to my mother-in-law has been fabulous.

My aunt has been here for a few months and I have been pleased that she is being looked after in a safe and caring manner after moving from another home. Beaumont House has very attentive staff who are willing to discuss with relatives any issues as necessary. The home is very well presented and extremely clean and food excellent.

The minute my mother moved into Beaumont House both she and I relaxed in the knowledge she would be well cared for in an exceptionally beautiful home. The staff are caring, patient, kind and supportive and are always available to residents and their families. At the end of my mother's life, there were no words, no bunch of flowers and no box of chocolates big enough to say thank you to every single member of staff who supported us with such respect, dignity and care all the way to the end of my mother's life and beyond. This is a very special home that I highly recommend.

Since my wife arrived here, I have found the staff extremely helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble which makes me safe in the knowledge that she is receiving the best possible care.

Beautiful home, care staff are kind and helped Dad to settle in well. nothing is too much trouble for them from care staff to managers. Staff keep us well informed of any changes and support both us and Dad. Cannot praise them enough for the great service they provide.

A wonderful kind caring team, who always try to ensure my father's health and well-being are at the front of everything they do. My father is happy and always warm and comfortable. The staff work hard and have a lovely rapport with him. We are extremely grateful for the person-centred care you give.

Beaumont House from coordinating transfer of care, providing relevant and upfront information and the actual care provided, has been excellent. The home is clean and services available are great. All the staff throughout, management, admin, care, nurses and cleaners, cooks, all of them are always welcoming and friendly.
