My wife is a patient at the above care home. She is treated with dignity and care of an extremely good quality. She has 24/7 care and all carers are exceptionally good at looking after her.

The people who work here are all fantastic. Very calm place. I feel very happy that I have found the perfect place for my Father to spend the rest of his time. Love the place.

My cousin has nobody in England as all his siblings live in the USA, so I go to visit him. His care in this home is second to none, I am really impressed with everyone I have met. Their care is excellent. I would recommend this home to anyone!

My mum has been a resident here for over 3 years. She is very happy and content. All the care staff are excellent and caring. I can relax knowing Mum is well looked after.

I'm very pleased that my dad is at Clare Mount Care Home. The manager and staff are very caring and are able to give him the care and attention that he now needs due to his advanced dementia. It gives me peace of mind to know he lives here and is looked after by professionals who know how to deal with his 24-hour care needs and challenging behaviour. Thank you.

My mum has dementia and moved here from another care home. She was extremely underweight but in the four weeks she has been here she has gained weight. The staff are wonderful with Mum and have put my mind at rest many times. I am extremely happy with the care Mum is receiving at Clare Mount Care Home and would recommend it to anyone.

I am happy with my stay at Clare Mount Care Home. The management was supportive with my needs and one member of staff is a very good, responsible person in this house. The manager is a good person who cares about everything and another member of staff is supportive.

My Mother suffers from Dementia. Since taking up residence in this home she is a completely different person. She is happy, calm and confident. The staff are all incredible and treat my Mum like family. They are so supportive to her and us and nothing is ever too much trouble. They treat her with love, respect and dignity. They keep us as her family fully updated in all aspects of Mum's care. We have a really great relationship with both staff and management. We can not thank them all enough for the outstanding care support and love they give. They have made what was a heartbreaking situation bearable and we can not thank them enough. If it was not for these amazing people I don't know how us as a family would be able to cope. To see Mum happy and cared for is a huge relief for us all. Just knowing that she is safe and well means the world to us.

My sister has come on in leaps and bounds since arriving here. She is very happy and enjoys herself doing activities. A huge thank you to all the staff. They are amazing.

My mum has only been a resident here for a few weeks, but we have noticed a big change in her for the better. She is happy, clean and well cared for. The staff are excellent and do their best to help. We are happy knowing she is safe and comfortable.

I have been in a number of care homes visiting family members, and have found Clare Mount to be the best I have ever seen. The care given to my uncle is excellent, the staff are so patient with him. It can't be easy providing care to people who struggle to understand they are unwell, my uncle gets easily confused but I have seen that they help him very much. He is very settled. The chef is lovely and carers well with a varied menu.

Mum has settled wonderfully well at Clare Mount. It's natural to worry about putting a loved one in care, but the welcome at Clare Mount and the professional caring attitude of staff, has been very reassuring. Mum is thriving under their expert care. Highly recommend.

My experience at Clare Mount has been exceptionally good. My brother is always spotless and clean. The staff are really good and helpful if I have ever needed anything. His room is clean and odourless. So up until now, I have had no problems.

I've found the staff first class and very nice with my Mum. I would recommend Clare Mount to anyone with this being our second home. Our previous home didn't have the facilities for my mum's dementia needs, I've found a big change with my Mum, so relaxed and the one to one support she's receiving is fantastic.

So happy with how my grandma is being treated at her new home. All the staff are so lovely and caring and so compassionate to her. And the whole place is so lovely and clean! Couldn't have wished for a better place

After viewing a few nursing homes I found Clare Mount (a new nursing home) with large bay windows letting in lots of light. My husband's bedroom is en-suite with a pine double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a large lounge with a TV. The meals are very good, healthy and varied. A physio comes in once a fortnight - a great help for my husband. The staff are considerate, helpful and caring. I am sure my husband will settle and be happy there. I have nothing but praise for the management and would, without hesitation, recommend Clare Mount to anyone.
