View Full Details of Wendreth Court Care HomeFrom the moment we entered the home, the team were welcoming and listened to our requirements. Dad needed respite for several weeks and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to ensure that he was looked after and received the best care possible. His care was first class and his health improved dramatically. They also took the lead in sorting his medication out with the doctor's surgery and I sincerely thank them for that. The home's decor is of a very high standard and the gardens are lovely. They will be even more so when established. All of the staff do the best they can for the residents Thank you all. I would not hesitate to take my father back to Wendreth Court.
My father who is nearly 90 with various care needs stayed for 10 days for respite care in July. The home care was well presented very modern and spacious. Father's room was of a good size with a door leading out onto a lovely patio adjacent to gardens. The room had plenty of room for walkers and wheelchairs. All the staff that I met were very professional and caring. I would recommend the home wholeheartedly.
First time at the Wendreth Court it was a lovely spacious home. The staff was really warm and welcoming the rooms was really layout nicely and also the lounge area and dinner was really well cleaned and layout the food was fantastic 5*, will definitely recommend this home.
My parents have moved into this brand new care home which has just opened. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and light with a lovely view of the gardens. The staff have made them feel welcome and comfortable. My parents have Alzheimer's and I was very worried about moving them to somewhere new but I need not have worried. They are happy, well-presented, clean and well-fed. The food is delicious and the staff are keeping all areas clean. The staff are always on hand and they too are happy and approachable. Keep up the good work and thank you for making the "move" easier for me. Thank you.
The home is bright, cheerful and welcoming. The staff are all lovely, very helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Although Wendreth is newly opened, so not many activities are planned yet, the staff make sure that the residents have an activity to do, so that nobody is just sitting in their chair all day. Families of residents too are looked after. It is classed as the resident's family's new home as well as the resident's new home. 100% recommended.
1 week in and Dad has settled well, staff are respectful and caring to residents and family, the outside space is a positive experience for Dad, residents are encouraged to join in with mealtimes and activities but the staff recognise sometimes a little quiet time is needed and that's ok too.
