My sister has improved so much since she came to Glenvale care home.They are always doing so many different activities with them.The staff are very caring.

My grandma has been resident for the last 7 months and she is looked after very well. The food and entertainment provided is excellent.

The care my dad has received is second to none! Such kind and caring people nothing to to much trouble. I would highly recommend Glenvale care home to anyone who needs to be cared for.

I came to visit my nanny after xmas & New Year and was very pleased to see how happy she was. She had had a wonderful time over the festive period with lots of visitors and gifts and good food a special xmas lunch. She was happy and looked lovely in clean clothes and she'd had her done. He room is always spotlessly clean and tidy. The care team are incredible, nothing it too much trouble.

My friend is very happy to be here as she told the whole family how well she is looked after by the staff. The staff is friendly, and consider the residents' needs. They are professionals who care. The food choice is great. It is like being in a 4 stars hotel, with a smile.

The Glenvale Care Home is an excellent facility. I immediately felt that we had made the right decision. The staff work as a team. They work hard to ensure my relative is safe, clean, fed, entertained and happy. Above all my relative loves it here.

I visited my friend today, she was in her room and said she felt tired and cold. The room was well decorated and clean, as was the bathroom. The food looked well presented and fresh. Drinks readily available. Staff very friendly and helpful, always welcoming.

Care is good as this is not an easy job. One thing I can't seem to get done is my husband's catheter. His night bag when taken off in the morning is not rinsed and left on the floor. His leg bag or any should only be on and changed after a week, it was not. Leg straps are 3, one at the top, next under his knee the other holding the urine bag to his ankle. The straps are not in use. One day he only had a knee strap leaving the urine bag loose and no top strap and no disposable pants on.

My friend moved here at the end of October, already we can see an improvement in her. She's eating better and seems so much happier. Beautiful room, modern and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They treat her so well and interact and involve her. Sad that my friend needs to use a care home but at least I know that here she is safe and cared for.

My sister-in-law has been extremely well looked after at Glenvale Park. Every member of the staff has been wonderfully attentive and respectful in their dealings with her. They could not have been more caring if she had been a family member. Glenvale Park has definitely been the best choice of residence for her.

Our family have been so happy with the care and attention they provide for my grandma. I love the regular entertainment, hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The home is like home from home, comfortable, clean, spacious and with multiple places to sit and relax. They have a cinema room, library, bar and a hairdressers. We love this home for our Nan and have complete peace of mind that she is being cared for in the best way. Thank you to all the staff.

Since my mother has been at this care home she has had the best treatment possible. I feel that she is in a safe place she is well looked after and her days are filled with different activities which really helps her. Her room she likes and feels like it's her home. Which is really pleasing because it means she is content and comfortable.

We have been delighted with the care given to our mother. Not only have her physical needs been met, but they have looked after and massively met her emotional and well-being needs. Glenvale Park is not a care home but a family. My mother is respected and loved. That is all we wanted for her.

We were impressed from our first visit at the home, its facilities and more importantly the staff. Every staff member we have met has been kind and positive, especially given my relative's complex issues. I feel welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. Monir issues with the room but we know the family member is safe and well cared for which is so important to us.

My father has received excellent care. The staff are caring and friendly, they deal with his problems with a smile and kind words. He has now started to get involved with activities thanks to the staff encouraging him.

My mum has been there nearly 18 months now and she has enjoyed every day. At the moment we cannot get in to visit but she is so happy she says not to worry. The team there do a first-class job, and this has been every day since day one. I may need to book my place there! If anyone is thinking of a member of their family needing a care home Glenvale Park is top notch.

My mother moved into Glenvale Park on the 15th of January 2024. The moving from hospital to Glenvale was handled brilliantly by Glenvale staff who have made my mum very happy and settled. Whenever I have visited Mum, the staff have been very welcoming. The premises are kept beautifully and the residents all appear happy and settled. My mum, although very old, has settled in and made new friends very quickly. Thank you all for all of your hard work and support.

I have been visiting my friend since you opened almost two years ago. The standard of care is excellent, and the home is so welcoming to everyone. The staff are lovely and feel like family.
