My brother has been at Haling Park for a few weeks now, and myself and other members of the family are very impressed. The atmosphere is very cheerful. The staff are extremely good, genuine care is always given. Nothing seems too much for them. It's a charming, comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom which makes it easier for my brother.

Exceptional outstanding 5-star plus on all levels. The staff are excellent, hard-working, kind, compassionate, professional, attention to detail and personable. Nothing is too much for the staff, they go above and beyond expectations. The floor manager of Maple Suite and his team are wonderful. They are superstars in every way. Thank you very much for all you do for my father, with much appreciation and very best wishes always.

Provides excellent care by friendly staff, many of whom go the extra mile to give residents reassurance and kindly attention. The meals are attractively served, tempting to eat, and well-cooked. The entertainment is always enjoyable and very popular with residents. Special occasions are celebrated with decorations and activities, often with homemade cakes etc. It's challenging looking after the elderly - they do a great job here!

Haling Park provided palliative care for my mum with the utmost compassion, care and dignity. The nursing, care and admin staff were all wonderful supporting us as well as Mum in a difficult time. All the staff smile and seem genuinely happy to work here which makes it a lovely place to visit. Thank you to them all.

Dad was in Haling Park care home for a year and a half. He has received the greatest careful stop the the staff go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable and so well looked after. I would recommend the home to anyone looking for help with their loved ones. Dad passed away peacefully.

Mum (and Dad) are well looked after at the care home. The staff treat us all as one big happy family. Lovely food, entertainment, activities and events. If anyone knows of a better local care home then let me know as Haling Park is hard to beat!

The staff are excellent caring for my brother who has limited movement and communication skills. They are very proactive with regard to his medical care. The home is very welcoming and friendly.

Staff on the nursing unit (Oak) are very attentive, proactive and friendly. Mom is well looked after and I'm always updated if her condition changes. Home is always very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend the home.

I have been visiting Haling Park Care Home with my dog in his capacity as a 'Pets as Therapy' dog for over 12 months now and I have been very impressed with the facilities, activities, accommodation and food on offer in the home. I have found all the staff extremely caring, friendly, competent and professional. The residents are given a very high level of care, the comfort of their rooms and communal areas is to a very high standard and the activities on offer are fantastic and varied! My experience in the care home has been very refreshing and reassuring knowing that the special people who reside here are being looked after with care and compassion by a wonderful group of staff. Well done to you all for creating a very positive experience for friends, relatives and residents.

The standard of service is exceptional. The rooms are very clean and the nurses are so friendly and warm to my mother. My mother has also expressed how happy she is, which makes the rest of the family so lucky she's under their care. I couldn't be happier for my mother to be in a better care home. Thank you so much.

I am very pleased with the care my wife receives at Haling Park, she is very happy and settled. All the staff are very happy and settled. All the staff are very caring and so a brilliant job. After my visit I know I can go home and leave my wife in good hands, it gives me peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff who make Haling Park the excellent care home that it is.

The care home has been a lovely home for me. The manager of the ground floor has been amazing he always has a smile on his face to welcome our stay, and lifts our mood when we feel down in ourselves. He is an inspiration to our life and the care home.

Mum has settled really well. She is very happy. She enjoys the activities and it's so good to see how often they are and the variation. The staff are amazing and level of care given cannot be faulted. They keep me updated on any concerns and also what kind of day Mum has had. Mum has a good quality of life and her needs are met. Coming into the home has given her a new lease of life.

Since she has been admitted to Haling Park we are all very happy and pleased with all the care provided. Care staff including nurses are very approachable and always keep us updated with her care. I highly recommend Haling Park care home.

I am extremely impressed with Haling Park Care Home. My mum moved from another home so I have a huge appreciation of the facilities, environment, culture and most importantly the care provided to Mum. Every time I visit Mum is well-maintained and she is clean and well. All staff members are warm, welcoming, thoughtful and engaged. The food and drink are great and the service is impeccable. Mum celebrated a milestone birthday and we celebrated in the private dining room, the staff were amazing! Mum is very happy here and so are we. Highly recommended.

During my eight weeks here, I have made great progress in recovering from a broken hip. Excellent physiotherapy, nutritious food and a very supportive atmosphere, all helped immensely. Spacious corridors with handrails along the wall and large rooms encouraged me to exercise daily. The carers, staff in the front office, nurses and the visiting doctor all really care about residents and about maintaining and improving standards across the board. This home has a strong community spirit built on good humour, cheerful affection and strong respect for the dignity and privacy of residents. It has been a privilege to be here! It is an absolutely fantastic care home.

The staff on my mother's 75th birthday (10/06/2023) on the second floor were second to none. My mother has calm and happy. The staff went above and beyond for this special day.
