I love this home! It's definitely and example of one that others should follow. Always something going on and dad really loves it there. The chefs do a good job as food is important to him. Very impressive building and the staff are amazing too

First time using respite and was very relieved that Mam settled so easily. The staff and management were consistently very friendly and helpful. The building is impressive and very well laid out with sunny day rooms and a relaxed atmosphere.

What a lovely place, I came to visit my grandad and I have to say it's immaculate. The facilities are lovely and the standard of care was great. We were there for their pony event and it was marvellous.

My partner has been moved from a home nearby as the last home was unable to meet her needs. This new home is able to do this. Very caring in all ways.

Always spotlessly clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to my mother-in-law's needs and support her in a very professional way. The best care home I have visited.

Mum moved into Hampton Manor seven weeks ago. She has settled so well and I believe this is due to the wonderful staff. The staff are kind and caring and treat the residents with dignity and respect like they were their own family and always with a smile. Nothing has been too much trouble accommodating mum's food and drink choices. Lots of varied activities to keep everyone entertained. Mum loves taking part in them all.

Mam has settled in to Hampton Manor very well. She is joining in with activities and socialising with the other residents and this has improved her mood. The rooms are beautiful and clean the staff are very caring and attentive. All round excellent service. Great to see mam so happy.

Very pleasant and comfortable environment. The staff are very amenable and positive. Residents are looked after in a diligent and caring way. Problems are minimal because issues are identified quickly and acted upon effectively.

Delighted with every aspect of care. The staff are very sympathetic and very caring. They are so well trained and respond appropriately to all individuals. A calm and loving atmosphere is always apparent.

The care that my grandmother got was amazing and I honestly couldn't thank everyone from management to kitchen staff and the care staff. My grandmother always said she would never go into a home but Hampton Manor changed her mind, she enjoyed every minute she had there. The owner is amazing and also steps up to help around which is amazing and he interacts with everyone there. My grandmother always called it her home at Hampton Manor and even we were made to feel like it was home to ourselves, I honestly couldn't thank everyone enough for the care and love they gave. I will 110% recommend this home to anyone, my grandmother always loved to talk about how amazing this place is. Again thank you so much for the care and love that you all gave to my grandmother!

Mam settled in to the accommodation immediately and has benefited from socialising with the other residents. The rooms and shared areas are absolutely beautiful and the staff and owners care about all of the residents and the quality of care they are receiving which I have to say I think is 1st class. Regular activities are arranged and visitors are welcome to join in with whatever is going on. A very lovely place.

My mother was wary at first but she was welcomed with open arms as warm as could be. After the first week, she was completely happy staying at the Hampton Manor telling me how the staff have become her family. I really love and appreciate how the Hampton Manor staff have not only made her feel at home but also the level of care they have provided my mum has been impeccable and I could not ask anyone or any place other than the Hampton Manor and their staff to look after the wellbeing of my mum the way they have.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care my grandma receives at Hampton Manor. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to her well-being. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It's reassuring to know she is in such capable hands, and I have peace of mind every day. My grandma has settled in well. She actively participates in engaging activities tailored to her interests. The sense of community here is strong, making it a wonderful place for residents. Our mother had a respite stay here at Hampton Manor for 10 days. She was very apprehensive beforehand, but the staff were so lovely and caring that by the end of her stay when I went to pick her up she said she couldn't believe it was time to come home. She was very well cared for and enjoyed all the company and activities, as well as the meals, and she is a very fussy eater! Can't thank the staff enough for looking after her so well.

My dad has been in Hampton Manor. The full team are great. The home is like a five-star hotel. I could not think of a better place for him. I now have a peace of mind management always on hand. Food is great.

My dad completed a 15-day stay for respite while I was on holiday. He was really well looked after, the staff were all friendly and so helpful. They made a massive difference knowing he was being taken care of to a very high standard. The care home is very clean and it has been decorated well. The food was excellent. I will definitely use this care home again for respite. Thank you.

Such a good experience with this care home, the staff are so friendly and really do make it feel like a home for the residents. The facilities here are amazing it almost feels like a hotel! From the cinema room, the hair and nail salon with the beautiful flower wall and the bar! There are also activities which they run throughout the week. The TVs in the room come with tv programs which I just logged in on my account and we love having movie days together - that's when I can pull her away from all her friends she made! It's such a clean and modern home and truly has such a different feel than just a care home. A big thank you to everyone there for making it a seamless and exciting transition.

My mother has been at Hampton Manor for 3 weeks now. From the moment she came in it's been great. The home itself, the care provided is second to none. Very homely and welcoming, great management. I can honestly say she calls it home.
