Nice care home on the inside, could do with more care staff being around. Food is great, care staff are friendly. The care home being on a main road isn't the greatest but it's ok. Wouldn't recommend for dementia care especially if it's advanced.

All the staff at Holly Grange Care Home need to be recognised for their care, compassion and professionalism, which were all delivered to the highest standards I have seen in any care home. Unfortunately, Dad only had a short time at the home and didn't have the opportunity to enjoy all Holly Grange has to offer its residents. The care provided was second to none and this was not exclusive to Dad, it was extended to his whole family, at what was a very difficult time for us. The home provides excellent facilities, this along with the staff's interaction and the activities organised for the residents makes it and excellent place for loved ones who need that additional support. If you are looking for a care home for a loved one, then I would look no further than Holly Grange.

First class care home! My father was only here for a very brief period after leaving hospital - he was discharged on the proviso that the care home could meet his needs and that palliative care and end of life support could be met by NHS nursing the quick response team. Thankfully all the above worked out and he made it to the home where he was comfortable, clean, fed and watered, cared for and treated with a high level of dignity and respect. The environment is first class (I've stayed in worse hotels). All the staff have been fantastic as has the management. I thank you all very much for the care, respect and dignity given to my father and will always positively advocate for you.

Facilities are excellent, and the main importance was that I had an update every morning about my dad. Someone always answered the phone which when you have been worried all night about how your dad was it was very reassuring. After a very short period of time they knew a lot about my dad, I sat in a meeting and was impressed with the knowledge they had obtained in a short period of time.

My dadcu (Welsh grandad) moved in just before Christmas and was welcomed very warmly. He has been looked after so well. The staff are so helpful, both the care team and the admin are amazing. Initially, it was a difficult decision to move him into a home and he wasn't best pleased, but he has settled in so well. All the lovely staff have been super supportive right from the start, and he is happy and safe. We feel now that it was the absolute best decision all round. We visit him as a family whenever we want, there is always a cuppa (and cakes, usually) on offer, and it makes us all feel as though we really are visiting him at his home. Between us and his friends he has visits every day. I can honestly say, after reviewing and visiting many homes locally before he came out of hospital, that this was the absolute best fit. The place is luxurious, and the atmosphere is kind and calm. I would also say the value for money was the best, too.

Mum has been settled in the Holly Grange House from day one, she's settled in very well with the help of the staff which are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The residents all seem very happy when I've been visiting mum and always welcome the residents families to attend any special events they are organising. There is always activities going on daily, when I was there one day, I got to join in on a game of bowls which was fun. Mum celebrated her 90th birthday in the care home and they did her proud, we had a lovely buffet and a birthday cake all made by the chef which was lovely and they also organised a singer to come in for an hour so the residents were singing along and dancing, was lovely to see them joining in, they made mum's birthday very special. I would definitely recommend Holly Grange House to anyone that was looking for a care home for a loved one.

Very good, would recommend, first class. Staff are brilliant also facilities are second to none, like a 5 star hotel. They hosted my mother in law's 90th birthday party, with a singer and food, went really well, very entertaining and emotional. Well done.

The facility is impeccable from design, to amenities, to rooms. The level of attention to cleanliness and detail is outstanding. The food is restaurant quality. But the best asset is their staff, they are genuinely loving and attentive to my mom. They call her name with excitement when we return from an outing and give her welcoming hugs and fix her hair. She responds with a smile as big as a Cheshire Cat. She is greeted this way by the care staff, registrar, cooks and the hairdresser, the latter being the highlight of her week. Everyone reinforces this is your home, what can we get you. The visiting school children allow her to recapture her teaching days and the outings to places like the donkey sanctuary allow her to feel like she lives in a holiday camp - happy memories come back. I would highly recommend Holly Grange House as everything is included and the love is abundant.

The home is welcoming, warm and beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff are, without exception, very friendly and polite. They work hard, showing the utmost care and respect for the residents. They're equally welcoming to those visiting relatives. Nothing is too much trouble for them and family are kept well informed of any developments or problems with a loved one.

The staff are fantastic and so are the facilities. They take great care of my Grandfather and have really made him feel at home. The staff are hard working, very kind and friendly. The food looks great and tastes delicious. The building is new and kept nice and clean. I am so pleased my grandad is staying here and is so well looked after. Thank you for everything you are doing.

When we started looking for a care home for our mum, it just felt warm and inviting and the staff were very friendly! We knew straight away that our mum would be cared for and her needs would be met! Mum has settled in very well and it's huge relief for us as a family! It's more like a five star hotel than a care home!

We could not be happier with the care, facility, staff and expertise offered at Holly Grange House. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is a problem. They offer so many activities and personalise care. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Holly Grange to care for your loved one.

Could not be more caring and accommodating with my father who I had to enter into care, the process was easy with lots of care and empathy. My father is in the safest possible hands. The facility is amazing, spacious and very homely! Staff are A1! Lots of activities!

Holly Grange House have been extremely kind, caring and supportive throughout from our initial contact, to Grandad moving in and his continuing care. The team are very friendly and have been able to improve Grandad's mobility and overall health through their excellent care. I just wanted to feedback separately on my experience but in no way wanted to reflect the excellent care Grandad has received. I work in professional services and must say I have found the onboarding process frustrating. There does not appear to be a clear record on who to contact/contact details/and in what circumstances the person is to be contacted. I have received calls to my work mobile twice, a number I have never provided, emails of updates to my work email and various emails/forms which have been unclear and provided without clear context. I think the way new patients/families are onboarded should be reviewed to avoid frustration for other families. The team have all been great and I have no issues with anyone but the process needs consideration.

My mom moved in for respite but we were so impressed with the care given by all the staff and the amazing facilities, she didn't want to go home. She is now a permanent resident and we all feel part of the Holly Grange family.

Since our initial contact with the home about a potential move into it for my uncle, everyone has been fantastic. He moved in and the care staff and management have made such a difference to him. We cannot thank the staff enough and highly recommend the home to anyone looking. Upon each visit we make we are made to feel welcome and my uncle is loving his new surroundings.

Our experience at Holly Grange has been wonderful. We had a great visit and look around, amazing place. I could tell my dad was going to love it and the carers. I drop my dad off and he goes straight in, really happy. After a short time, they knew him so well and catered for all his needs, with great activities and lots of singing and wonderful food. The staff make us feel so welcome, it's great to know my dad is safe and very happy here. I would recommend it to anyone.

My family and I were really impressed with the care from the first visit. All of the staff and management were very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and happy to be there. My brother, on taking him there, was equally happy and has settled in brilliantly and he loves it. The physio that has been done with him has helped enormously. He enjoys the meals, has a lovely room, and joins in with activities. Very happy all round.

A fantastic evening all around, Dad's 90th birthday. Staff here cannot do enough for you. So pleased Mum and Dad agreed to come to Holly Grange. Food is marvellous. What a wonderful atmosphere. House team and all staff are so friendly. Well done all.
