Staff have been really amazing. Mum has been well looked after. We had a lovely tea party for Mum's 93rd birthday and they did all the food for us. She loved having the family there.

The staff are exemplary - both towards my mother and myself. There is a genuine sense of care and respect for the residents and the staff go out of their way to create a family atmosphere. My mother moved in last November and each member of staff I have met has genuinely tried to engage on a personal level with her, showing immense patience when she has difficulty forming words. The structure from the top down seems to function incredibly smoothly and as a result, the staff have a sense of their own value. The idea of putting ceiling hoists throughout the building is sheer genius and should be mandatory in any newly built care home. The staff are not stretched physically and the resident's transition from bed to chair is much less stressful. My mother now goes downstairs regularly whereas she used to spend hours on her own in her room. Thank you to all of you at Kimberley West!

The staff at Kimberly West are the kindest, most thoughtful people who provide Mum with the best care. They know her so well and adapt the care she receives according to the changes she goes through and her everyday needs. Under their care, Mum has become much happier and chats more which is lovely. The manager is great and has been very kind and totally professional in the help and advice given to us. I highly recommend Kimberly West.

Kimberley West is a fabulous home. Mum is very settled there and all the staff are amazing and go above and beyond in the care they provide. Without a doubt, I know my mum is very well cared for and in safe hands there.

Our Mother moved into Kimberly West in June 2024 and stayed there until she passed away in October. The care she received during the time she was there was very kind and caring. She was treated with the utmost dignity in her last days. The staff were also very kind to us as well. Thank you.

I have no complaints at all and the care of our mother is excellent. Nursing staff considerate and very kind. Would recommend to anyone who are looking for a nursing home of an exceptional standard. They liaise with us on care and notify us of any concerns.

I have been very pleased with the level of care that all staff are providing my mother. It is fully appreciated that, due to my mother's condition after two strokes, her state fluctuates daily. However, the nursing staff are fully able to cope with this and their understanding is excellent. The senior nursing staff are always available to discuss any issues on a private level with the family.

Very clean and good service, staff all have brilliant altitude and take time and care over the residents. The menu is excellent and they always deliver tea and cake in the afternoon, I have no complaints.

My mother moved to Kimberley West in Summer 2023 and has, and still is enjoying her time there. All the staff are friendly and helpful and although my mother prefers to stay in her room the staff pop in on her, or occassionally can coax her out for one of the many events on in the lounge. She was wheelchair-bound when she came and the home has an abundance of winches to move the residents around. My mother enjoys the food and it does look appetising. There are the occasional meetings between staff and the relations of the residents so any questions can be raised.

My mother moved to Kimberly West after having personal live-in care following a major stroke. Everyone at Kimberly West was prepared for her arrival, very welcoming and have been very responsive in adjusting to meet her needs. I have great confidence that she is in very caring and safe hands. Thank you so much.

Great place for my dad, he is happy, well fed and kept clean. All the staff are very friendly. He had his own room that is always tidy. The residents all get together in the lounge on a daily basis. They have workshops and visitors to the home to entertain the people.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the Wessex Care staff who looked after my sister, first at Little Manor, then at Kimberly East and finally at Kimberly West. All staff were exceptionally caring and friendly and several who cared for her for a period of over six years became almost part of the family. The staff ensured she was kept as comfortable as possible, especially towards the end of her life and I was always kept well informed as to her state of health. My sister did not particularly like the food at Kimberly West. Although alternatives to Appetito were always on offer, for some reason, and in spite of our encouragement, she did not often ask for them!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the people that looked after my mum for the four years that she was in your care. I have never met such amazing staff that not only cared for her, but made sure that we were ok, also. Everyone was so friendly and polite and Mum was in the best of care until sadly she passed away on the 29th December 2022. I can't thank you all enough, you all work very hard for which I applaud you all. Thank you.

At Kimberly West Care Centre the accent is always on medical, care, respect and friendship. All staff are caring, approachable, professional and aware of residents needs at all times. My dear husband became a resident on 2nd April 2021, being very well cared for at all times. After a long illness, my dearest husband sadly passed away on Sunday 9th October 2022. My sadest day, but thank god for the loving care of Kimberly West Care Centre staff, I will always remember the Kimberly West Care Staff with love and respect. I can recommend Kimberly West Care Centre and Wessex Care a special place to live and be cared for.

My husband was admitted to Kimberly West following a few weeks in hospital, with the intention of making him well enough to return home. The staff and auxiliary helpers were all very helpful to my husband and myself. In the first week, I was upset because I felt that things were not being done as I would like, but as I visited almost daily to spend time with my husband, the staff all responded to my desired standards, and things improved a lot. I lost my husband the week before he was expected to come home, but feel that he was well cared for and respected until the end.

My auntie had been in other respite/residential homes but none compared to Kimberly West, Salisbury. The care and compassion that was shown, the attention to detail, the cleanliness and ability to keep my auntie clean, was 2nd to none. I appreciate so much everything that the staff did for my auntie and the way that they communicated with myself. I cannot recommend enough the wonderful service that my auntie received and the dignity that she was shown until she died. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is the second home my wife was resident in. It was so much better than her first. Although my wife was so difficult to deal with, all the staff were very efficient and did their jobs to the very best of their abilities. Honestly, they were all angels.

My Mother had a 7-week stay at Kimberly West in what's called a discharge to assessment bed. The care she received was first class, carers that really do care, and I know they can be hard to find, treating all residents with dignity and respect. Even finding time to ensure visitors were offered refreshments. Couldn't fault the team, they work non-stop for their entire 12-hour shift and they have my sincere gratitude.

Kimberly West Care Centre is one of the finest care homes in Wiltshire. The staff and management are exceptional in what they do. They are caring and supportive, as well as being friendly and polite, I cannot praise them enough.
