My mum has been resident at Kingsway View since July 2024. I cannot express how professional, caring, thoughtful and kind the staff are. They helped Mum settle and she now enjoys her life there very much taking part in activities and socialising with other residents. Living on her own for the past few years she is now enjoying having social interaction and company once more. She is always telling me how much she likes it and the activities she has been involved with, she is like a different person - back to her old self. Thank you.

All the staff at Kingsway View are very helpful and friendly. The care home is like a five star hotel and there is always some activity going on. Since my dad moved in last year, he looks 10 years younger and full of enthusiasm.

Kingsway View is bright welcoming and immense everyone into the environment easily. The staff are very accommodating and approachable, catering to a wide eclectic mix of needs. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and I always look forward to visiting my mum. My mum's care and welfare is in excellent hands. Making the difficult decision to put Mum into care so much more bearable. Knowing Mum is here brings joy to my heart, it's like the family around the corner. Thanks to all the staff and management for everything you do for our family.

My sister came to live at Kingsway View following a very tragic and traumatic period of her life. She was in a confused and poor state of health. After 3 months of care from the wonderful staff, she is more content and eating well. She has gained weight and is much happier.

Polite and helpful staff. My husband's social skills have improved since moving here. He appears happy and well cared for. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. In reception, I am greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner. Overall, I would say Kingsway View is exceedingly good.

Excellent care. The staff are totally amazing and we can't thank them enough for giving Dad the best care in the last few months of his life. They have always been so helpful and caring. A beautiful care home with amazing, caring and friendly staff.

Overall experience is excellent, The care staff are the high calibre, leaving nothing to chance, trying hard with food and drink, improving as days go by, and trying to do the right thing for all. Management and staff are of a very high standard, cleaning is second to none along with the quality laundry. very pleased to be part of the family.

My dad has been at Kingsway View now for a few months after moving to the area. He was in a care home before where he was quite unhappy. However, when he moved here he was much happier and commented on how different it was, for the better. The staff are all so caring and welcoming and Dad tells me how they can't do enough for you. They encouraged Dad to make friends straightaway with other residents which really helped with his well-being. The rooms are lovely and the whole building is immaculate! The food is good quality and Dad is always full! There is also a choice of food for each meal and snacks available throughout the day. There are quite a few activities going on, including afternoon tea for friends and family which I must go to soon! This really is an excellent care home and one that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Kingsway View is an outstanding care home, the care is superb and the facilities are great. The Christmas winter wonderland was out of this world my mum enjoys the food and the varied activities. Her room is spacious and clean.

If the food was reliable, it's variable between basic eg baked potatoes/fish fingers to a massive roast dinner. The decor and ambience is excellent, equal to a five-star hotel. They need more staff, waiting time can be too long.

My wife went to Kingsway View for two weeks of respite care. During her stay, she was extremely happy with all aspects fo the care home. My wife had several visitors during her stay and they all commented on how welcoming and friendly the staff were.

My dear friend was here for respite from August to October. The team re-enabled him to return home. Their care and dedication to him were outstanding. The activities were catered for everyone, and the cleanliness, food, care and ambience were that of a five-star rating hotel. I would recommend Kingsway View to anyone looking for a care home. Thank you.

My mum became a resident in March and the improvement in her happiness and wellbeing, all down to the magnificent care she has received, is unbelievable. I have been able to become her daughter again and not her carer. A huge thank you to the compassion and care shown by all staff.

My gran is in the care home and is very happy. The staff are kind and caring and go out of their way to ensure my gran is taken care of. They keep you fully informed of health needs, and if there are any changes, they contact you once the doctor has been with updates. Me and my family are always made to feel welcome.

If I could score higher than excellent, I would! The care, attention and overall attitude from everyone at Kingsway is outstanding. Mum moved here after a fall for respite but now considers it home as she is so happy. The sense of well-being that has brought to the whole family is fantastic. We are all made to feel very much like we are visiting her home - thank you to everyone! We couldn't ask for better.

My papa is receiving the highest care possible, something we could've never given him as a family if he stayed at home. I'm really impressed with the facilities and the activities that are going on. The staff are always lovely and caring when I visit and happy to answer any questions we might have.

Mum has settled so well in Kingsway View. The staff are fantastic, the facilities are five stars and Mum is so happy. Since moving Mum to Kingsway View, we have got our family life back. We thoroughly enjoy visiting Mum and are always made to feel welcome. It is a true home-from-home. Mum says she feels like she has gained another family with the staff and residents here. Would highly recommend.

Since Mum has been here she has become more mobile and confident. She has engaged in activities and has generally been more alert and responsive. A spark has returned to her eyes and is enjoying life as best as she can. She has off days but that is due to her condition. All the staff are friendly and attentive and generally encourage the residents to be positive and engage with each other and the staff create one big happy family.
