My wife suffers from psychosis, hearing tormenting voices. At Lavender Villa, the staff are caring, warm and kind. At a previous home, my wife was saying no to meal choices and food was left to go cold. She lost so much weight she ended up in hospital. At Lavender, she is offered alternative snacks if says no to meals. At Lavender Villa, she feels safe and it is a lot better visiting her.

The staff are very caring and welcoming. My wife is safe, well and supported by people who care. Thank you so much for all that you do, it is much appreciated.

I can not thank the staff in Lavender Villa enough for all the staff, for all their hard work during the covid crisis. To all staff who slept here, I hope management will reward staff for their efforts.
