Very happy. Well looked after. Staff amazing. Safe caring environment, Family environment. Homely feel. Good communication with the family. Very friendly and caring. Hairdresser 10/10.

I find Millfield House to be a very lovely and safe place for my mother to stay. She has been at Millfield since 2021 and in this time I have found all the staff to be wonderful, caring, kind, patient and very hard working. All taking excellent care of my mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Millfield to any family or friends.

My dad has been in Millfield for a number of years. The care he receives from the staff is first class. The meals are lovely. His room is really nice with a beautiful wet room to care for Dad's needs when showering. The staff treat all the residents like they are family and are always there to chat and make you feel very welcome with a cup of tea/coffee and lovely homemade cake.

My father has been in Millfield House for nearly a year. He has Parkinson's and Lewibody dementia. When he arrived he was painfully thin and extremely confused. In the past year with the care and devotion of the staff he has gained nearly two stone in weight and is eating much better. He socialises with the residents and staff and has greatly improved. The manager and the staff regularly update me, as I live in London and I get sent lovely photos of his time and days out. I am extremely happy with all aspects of care and devotion shown not to just my father but also to his wife. The manager goes above and beyond, as do all of the support staff. Millfield is clean and a great environment for someone with dementia and I feel that without the care and support, he would be in a terrible way. Thank you Millfield family for everything that you all do.

Mum very well looked after. As happy as can be expected. Health requirements have been met as have arisen and all staff are pleasant and friendly.

My mother has lived in Millfield House for a number of years, I have seen how happy it makes my mother to be somewhere, where she feels safe and cared for by the wonderful staff at Millfield House. They take their time to talk to me and my family about my mother's care. She has recently taken part in the dementia U.K. walk with the assistance of family and the staff. She also enjoys the monthly coffee and cake mornings in the bespoke café area that offers privacy and comfort for all the family to visit her at the same time. She also enjoys socialising with the other service users in the home to take part in the various fun and meaningful activities in the home. My mother likes the food and homemade cakes that are made in the home.
