View Full Details of Conner's PlaceLovely, friendly, staff amazing, fresh food daily, my son is very well cared for. Very clean, fresh bedding weekly, clean clothes daily, friendly home, communication is good too. Always offered hot drink on arrival too, care is great no concerns, highly recommend.
My son is living with autism, learning disabilities, and epilepsy and has been a resident at Conner's Place for a little over 3 years. The building has been fitted out to a very high standard and is very well maintained. The residents have all the facilities they need. All staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and clearly enjoy doing what they do. The management team are very proactive in both the general running of the facility and responding to issues as and when they arise. My son follows an independent living plan which is well managed and works well. He has a full week of planned activities, be it work experience or just out and about having fun. Most importantly, my son loves living at Conner's Place and is always excited about going back on a Monday morning after a weekend home visit. Nothing is ever perfect but I'm struggling to find any downsides and would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
Our daughter stayed for around 6 months just after being diagnosed with Autism, Conner's Place helped her accept her diagnosis and supported her in her adjustment to independent living. The two owners treated her as if she was one of their own, they dealt with every query she had and also ours quickly and professionally. We are extremely grateful for the time she spent here as it gave her the confidence to be able to live a full life now. Something we did not think would happen before her time at Conner's Place.
My daughter, who has ASD, ADHD and a learning disability resided at Conner's Place for approximately 2 years. Following several years of failed placements in other establishments, Conner's Place was a 'God Send'. This placement provided the support, opportunities and homely environment that she was greatly in need of. Within 12 months there was a marked improvement in her levels of independence and her mental well-being. She was clearly secure and happy for the first time in several years. A truly holistic setting which has enabled my daughter to progress into a supported living environment.
