All good. Well done to all for the inspection. Well deserved and it only reflects the hard work the staff put in. Lovely food cooked by the chef and the other guy is great. A lovely bunch indeed. Again, thank you very much for everything and for keeping an eye on the residents.

I came to the home in 2020. I have been here for 4 years now and I am happy and settled. The staff are very supportive of me and help me with personal support. I am grateful for their help.

On choosing a care home, we found Pranam to have a fresh clean warm atmosphere. The relationship between staff and residents is caring and trusting. I feel my Father is in a safe place where all his needs will be met. His team goes above to make the residents comfortable.

I visited Pranam Care Centre on the 21st and 22nd of October. I was not expected. I found my cousin to be happy and feeling very much at home. Her clothes were immaculate and her hair was carefully attended to. There was an aura of friendliness about the home and I came away assured that my cousin was in good hands.

Pranam Care Centre and the staff have been fantastic in looking after my Mum for the last 2 years! The staff are wonderful, caring human beings who treat my Mum with kindness and dignity. My Mum has formed a wonderful relationship with all the stuff but one in particular.

My ex-husband has lived in the Care home for over 2 years now. I am very pleased with the care he is receiving. The environment is very clean including his room. His clothes are always washed, ironed and nicely hung in his wardrobe. The staff are very friendly and always act quickly to any health concerns by contacting the GP or calling the Ambulance and am always contacted in such circumstances and regularly updated. He is supported to attend all hospital appointments. He is very happy living in the care home and this gives me peace of mind too. Well done to a very committed team.

My brother was a resident since 2020 and was looked after by the staff extremely well. He unfortunately passed away, but he was made comfortable all the time he was there. He was also a resident there all through the pandemic and the staff had to look after the residents in very difficult times.

I accompanied my friend to a care home where her mother resides, and I was truly impressed by the compassionate care provided. One standout individual, the team leader, interacted with residents as if they were her own family members. Witnessing her feed one of the residents filled me with joy. The environment was not only welcoming but also impeccably clean. The spacious rooms were well-maintained, and the carers displayed exceptional kindness.

Hardworking and caring staff. Will always listen and try to rectify a problem if there is one. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dad says the food is very good! Dad seems less anxious and I am able to get clearer conversations from him since he is been here, so obviously him being at Pranam Care Centre has done him good. To the managers, team leader, health care assistants, and activity coordinator a huge thank you to all that have helped him since the start of his stay in September.

It seemed a nice, lovely place, my dad just did not like it. He has dementia, so they have to be extra understanding and patient. The other things I did not like were the staff not relaying problems to the manager and talking in front of clients. Also, the manager told me to contact a social worker so they can get paid.

My friend is in the care home at a young age and it's not pleasant to know him like this but he seems to be happy enough and he likes the fact he is able to mix with some people in the home. The staff and manager are always welcoming.

My mum is a resident here. I have always found mum to be happy and well cared for. All the staff are very helpful caring and friendly. Mums room is lovely clean and a lovely bright colour, as is the rest of the home. I am very grateful that we found this lovely home.

I like everything, the staff are very kind to me. Especially the morning staff who wake me up and are very good to me. Going back to day staff, they do not complain if I don't want food for lunch and supper, they respect my wishes.

This is like my home and I really enjoy being here. I have a very large room and I love it. The staff here are very helpful and they cook really good food, including Asian food that I like. Thank you to the staff and management.

Great staff, residents seem happy. My mum appears well cared for. Can only praise the staff. All very friendly, patient and caring. At times, can seem a little too full. Also, a garden area would be good. Would be nice if sitting outside in the fresh air were an option.

I eat the meals provided here. I like all the staff who take care of me. I partake in all the daily activities which keep me occupied.
