View Full Details of Ridgeway HouseMy sister required a hospice immediately and we were accommodated right away. The house manager has been extremely generous with warmth and welcome and ensured that personalised care is provided. We are in awe of the facilities and the service is top-notch. We cannot thank the whole team enough for the overwhelming compassion and care we received.
I have been so impressed with Ridgeway House since my dad moved there recently. The home always has a calm, relaxed and contended feel to it. The staff are always approachable and show such kindness and empathy with residents on an individual basis. The food cannot be faulted, the meals are to a high standard and there is always plenty of cups of tea and snacks available. Residents are kept busy and there is lots of activities/games to keep them entertained, stimulated and engaged. The activities coordinator does a great job organising the activities and is always keen to include everyone to participate or if they prefer just sit by and watch. What is most important for us as a family is knowing that Dad is safe and well cared for and the compassion, genuine fondness and kindness is shown in abundance by all staff. I cannot thank everyone enough for everything they do in what is a very difficult and challenging job, staff should be very proud of the service they provide.
