Look no further if you are looking for a home for a loved one with an EMI Nursing facility. All the staff are amazing. The dignity and care they give the residents cannot be faulted. Every resident's needs are individually catered for. I am so happy my mum has had the opportunity to be cared for, to the highest standard. The staff are also very supported and sensitive to the family and were very accommodating when we wanted to visit out of hours. The unit felt secure and the staff keeps a careful eye on every resident. On a personal level, all the staff were very friendly and genuinely build relationships with the residents, they looked happy in their roles and worked well as a team supporting each other. I highly recommended Rossall.
