Our uncle passed away at The Village on 8th December. He was passed from pillar to post by hospitals and care homes, but we are so grateful that his final resting place was with you. You eased his pain and treated him with humanity. He died peacefully in a caring environment. Your staff are fantastic and we are grateful beyond words. You gave him back his dignity. Thank you so much.

My uncle was moved here with other homes not being able to cope. We have found nothing but friendliness and care.

On our first experience with the home, we were very impressed with the standard of care, cleanliness and kindness shown both to our relatives and all family. Nothing was too much trouble. Nan's care was second to none when asked she was attended to promptly. We would like to thank you all for your support during the short time she was in your care.

I have frequently visited the home on multiple times per week for a few years now and I can honestly say from the moment you walk through the door the place is welcoming and a happy vibe greets you. The management staff are magnificent and the staff are always there if you need them. Staff are well trained and you can tell that their main aim is to ensure residents are clean, happy and well looked after. I would recommend anyone who has negative comments about this place should really take a look at other care homes to recognise just how good The Village Nursing Home really is. I have visited many but none compare to this for care, kindness, and cleanliness. And very knowledgeable staff and management. Well done.

The care at The Village is absolutely fantastic. The staff cares for residents with professionalism, understanding, dignity, care, and love. We cannot praise the staff highly enough, they are kind, and compassionate and listen to the resident's needs with lots of reassurance, hugs, and care. The overall experience from management, food, facilities, security, cleanliness, etc is so impressive, second to none. The genuine care is also extended to residents' loved ones, everyone is looked after at The Village and you have our sincere gratitude.

I am very happy with the way my Mom is cared for in the village. All the staff are so kind and caring. I am always kept very well informed regarding my Mom's care. The office staff are always warm and welcoming when I visit.

I feel that The Village Nursing Home cares for my Mom very well. She is very happy and settled here. There is always a very warm welcome from all the office staff. They are always very helpful and well-informed and go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The care staff are always friendly and very caring and I am well informed about everything that involves Mom's care. All staff are super efficient and communication is excellent!

We are so pleased with the way our sister is cared for, she always looks clean and dressed smart. All the staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. If we do have any issues they are sorted out very quickly and professionally.

This is a very well-managed care home. The standard of care and consideration to both residents and visitors/relatives is excellent. Nursing staff and carers are very supportive and informative. All staff are friendly, approachable and always polite.

I would like to say you are all very polite, very kind, welcoming always, can't do enough for you, if you need help with anything, if you have to telephone they always speak very nicely and are helpful and always find it very easy to oblige in any way they can to sort you out.

The staff at the care home are lovely and very caring. You can tell the residents are well looked after and made to feel at home.

When we arrive at The Village we are always greeted with a smile and we are escorted onto the lift up to floor 2 where the nurses fetch my sister and we either go to her room or a quiet room. The nurses are always helpful and the rooms are nice, clean and tidy. Also, my sister is clean and dressed tidy and appears to be very happy here, which makes us happy! So thanks to all the nurses and admin staff for looking after her so well.

Mum has been in The Village now for just over a year. She is well looked after and the staff treat her with dignity, respect and importantly affection. She is kept clean as is the home itself. When we visit we are made to feel welcome by all staff.

Mom has been in The Village Nursing Home for over 12 months. Have found them to be very professional and caring. They met all her needs which are quite demanding and keep her clean and tidy. In a previous care home she was in she had constant infections due to lack of bathing.

Mum has only been in 'The Village' for just under a fortnight but she seems very settled. All the staff seem very friendly and approachable.

My husband was there just twelve months before he passed away and he and the family were treated in the most respectable manner, could not have wished for better care from all the staff on the Maples unit. I visited my husband most days, spent a lot of time there and I was treated with respect. All the staff was very pleasant and always helpful and also very hard working. I have missed going to the home and seeing other residents and all staff, I wish to say a very big thank you to management and all staff, thank you again.

My father was previously in a home where his needs were not being met and in all honesty my family feared the worst for him. Having him at The Village Nursing Home has given him a new lease of life. He is cared for and looked after on a different level. In short, our family couldn't be happier to have him here.
