View Full Details of Trent BridgeCare staff are kind, caring and helpful. There are too few staff which has resulted in compromising situations for both of my parents. Management are fine unless crossed: The remote control for my father's was lost by the care home in November. No responsibility was taken. My father recently died and was unable to have the solace of music during his demise. I met with a member of staff to discuss my father's End of Life Plan. The information was not updated on any system, resulting in an uncomfortable and unnecessary phone conversation with an emergency doctor to put a plan into action. Management are unresponsive on this and other issues. Important improvements are needed.
Very pleased with care given to my mum from all staff and management at Trent Bridge. Everyone there is cheerful and welcoming and supportive of residents, family and friends. My mum has been a resident here since January and has settled in really well despite her difficulties due to the love and care received by all here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone it is like a 5 star hotel with lots of activities for residents to take part in if they wish to.
I cannot speak highly enough of my observations and experience of visiting my friend. This is without doubt the gold star standard for care and support in an environment that is tailored to meet the needs of the residents it supports. I have visited my friend weekly over the past 3 months. Each time I have visited the residents are engaged in meaningful, enjoyable, and considered activities. It's great to hear senior citizens signing. My friend (98 years old) said to the entertainer - "You have brought so much pleasure to us all" - enough said.
Don't let the look of the home fool you. Yes it's clean and well decorated and the girls on the floor doing the caring are brilliant at what they do but not enough of them for the residents they have in at the moment, not available to assist with feeding at meal times (not their fault). Senior members of staff not so helpful. Management nice to your face but a vicious tongue when told home truths. Check visiting times although it states anytime but don't go during mealtimes. I was made to wait downstairs in reception until lunch was over, which no communication was sent to anyone about this.
On arrival always receive a warm welcome. Care staff are friendly, very approachable. The home is lovely, clean. Outstanding. Residents look very happy. Nothing but amazing care. Well done to one and all.
I have visited my friend at Trent Bridge for the first time and was pleased to see Trent Bridge looked after the residents very well, everything was very clean and tidy, my friend's room was airy, very comfortable and bright and spacious - and a high ratio of staff. There is a diary of things to do and comfortable living rooms to sit in.
My mothers transition from home to Trent Bridge Care Home could not have gone better. She settled in incredibly quickly and has embraced everything the home has to offer, exercise sessions, craft activities, singalongs, skittles, trips out, manicures, weekly hairdressing to name a few. Six weeks on and I have nothing but admiration for the staff who all seem invested in providing a home from home experience for all residents. Without exception the staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional. The decor of the home is very tasteful, cleanliness is of a very high standard, the meals are appetising, snacks and drinks available on request, the rooms very well appointed.
From the moment I arrived the experience was excellent. Easy parking, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, lovely spacious rooms, plenty of activities and all residents seemed content, well looked after and stimulated. It is the best home (care) I have ever visited, and I have been in quite a number. The price per week was very fair, certainly excellent value for money. I was very impressed.
Trent Bridge Care Home have been amazing in welcoming our dad and supporting us as a family through a very worrying and stressful time. From the very first introduction all of the Trent Bridge team have been first class. They genuinely care about our dad and have done everything they could to make sure he was comfortable and happy and he settled almost immediately despite how big a deal it was for him moving from his own bungalow. All of the staff are caring and responsive to both my dad and us as a family. We would fully recommend Trent Bridge Care Home.
Beautiful care home. Decorated really well throughout. Full of warmth and love. So happy Dad is here as the staff are fantastic and really supportive and engaging. We feel very supported and highly recommend West Bridgeford Care Home. Great facilities, lots to offer the residents. Days out, different activities going on throughout the week also. Thank you, everyone, for making Dad's stay a happy one. Best.
Trent Bridge is an amazing building in a great location. However, it is the staff who have made this an amazing place. The staff from the manager and across all areas of staff have built a great team and family and a homely atmosphere. The experienced staff are very caring and empathetic towards the residents. They take a genuine interest in the residents. I cannot recommend Trent Bridge highly enough.
My mother has been living here for about 4 weeks. She is the happiest she has been for as long as I or family members can remember. The staff are all extremely friendly and genuine. The level of care is excellent and the building and atmosphere is one of total calm.
Wonderful. My mother has been here 2 weeks and for the first time in years, is happy and relaxed. She has joined in with the activities, made friends and is 'living again'. I cannot thank the wonderful team enough, highly recommend Trent Bridge.
