View Full Details of Victory Socialcare EnterpriseMy grandmother settled well here and has a good rapport with two members of staff in particular. They both seem to look after her really well. She does like all the care home staff as well as office staff.
My grandma-in-law has settled nicely and likes all the carers and staff.
From the first day I took my mum into respite, we have had no problems. It's a small and friendly care home, which makes you feel you get a personal touch.
I can't say a lot as everything is superb.
My mother was transferred here from hospital for respite and assessment. The place is warm, clean, and pleasant. The staff are friendly, efficient and polite. My mother (who is 92) has gained weight whilst being here, she is happy and settled and has expressed a wish to stay. I am more than happy for her to stay.
Very pleased with care, professionalism and dignity shown towards client and family members.
The care my mother has received from Victory Socialcare has been exemplary. The ladies come to her home every day to assist her getting up and showered, making her breakfast if she requires them to. They take great care of her and she loves them very much. The manager is always available to contact if necessary and invoices on time each month.
In May 2019, one of my relatives was sent here from hospital to receive his last care. What makes us happy about the centre is how clean it is and the staff, they are there to help and support the patients. I would love to give 100/100 - the best care service in Hull.
