Mum came into the care home 2weeks ago and she has settled in really well all the staff are very kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble .I am very pleased knowing that mum is happy and safe in her new environment.she even had a afternoon in the salon getting pampered it made her day

I am delighted to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by the manager and the entire team at Waterside Care Home during my Nan's recent transition. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed into an environment that radiates warmth and kindness. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with serene gardens that offer a peaceful retreat for residents and visitors alike. The manager and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure my Nan feels comfortable and cherished, attending to her needs with genuine compassion and professionalism. It is immensely reassuring to know that she is in such capable hands and will continue to thrive in a setting where her well-being is the utmost priority.
